Very bad treatment from the owners. If you arrive early or late you will end up in the street because no one will be in the office to open the apartment or you. The apartment is far away from the office. The neighborhood and the apartment are very bad and weird.
They take you money immediately after you book. Then when you come they take something called "cleaning charges" (about 400 Swiss franks / CHF) but they will not clean the apartment daily, because you have to sign on a paper that says you will clean it yourself. If you say no they take your money and will not give you the apartment because you did not cancel early.
Also they take a deposit of 300 CHF.
The worst hotel experience I have ever been through.
Hotel.com share a similar blame. But I am looking for the official method to file changes against them in Switzerland.
In my opinion, in Switzerland people in general do not care about fairness and kindness much. This is from my experience.
Oh, and check the window knobs, do they move by themselves, I must be dreaming.
