Great and no eruption!
"Went recently during the potential evacuation threat, so certainly not at capacity. We also ate at the hotel restaurant. Both excellent. Truly the only really minor issue is for this level of accommodation one would expect more luxurious towels, kind of thin. Sounds petty, doesn't it?"

"This was the nicest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. It was beautiful and so nicely kept. The staff was amazing. The Blue Lagoon at The Retreat was very private and quiet. Truly amazing trip. The Retreat was $$$, but worth every penny."

"We were in room 1 - it was very large. Two sofas three bedrooms three bathrooms and a large kitchen. The warm air hit us as we walked in the door - very nice. No awful sprays or other bad odors. It was just what we needed including a washing machine to clean the baby clothes. I recommend staying ..."
