Disappointing and basic.

The pool was too cold to swim in. The pool snack bar was closed all week. You can’t eat or drink around the pool and if you leave the pool area which is gated you can’t return for ten minutes. The accommodation was basic and dirty, we had to ask to move rooms. All up big hills so no good for anyone wi to mobility issues. No air conditioning. The shop was good but expensive. Remote location, need a car or Ubers become expensive. The pool of it was warm enough to swim in would have been amazing. Overall this was a really disappointing trip.

Terrible stay

My stay was horrible. I did not know that there was no air conditioning. I tried to speak to the management to allow us to cancel part of the stay and move to another hotel. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the rooms were very dirty.

Over 38 degrees on average. There is no Air Conditioner in non of the rooms. Common guys, it is not 19th century anymore. To install an AC is as much as the property charges for two nights. Outdated bathrooms and rooms. I don’t think there has been a renovation since 1960. It is a pity that such a nice property at such a great location can be so badly managed. I am still in shock. For the sake of all of us, please put it for sale for someone to buy it and make it amazing. Thank you in advance.

Nice structure but not clean

We arrived one day later, due to a personal problem, and to be able to contact someone at the hotel, it took 2 days. No replies to emails and messages, nor to voice messages left. Contact number on confirmation email from Hotels.com was wrong (another structure of the group) and at the right one no one responded for a full day. The structure itself is very nice, green and in good conditions. The apartment was quite comfortable but cleaning not satisfying at all (hair on the floor and greasy kitchen). Toilets are all incredibly small. Bed were not prepared, because being a residence it is a service charged separately, but there was no clear information about that before having reserved the room.

Dejlig ferie

Køkken var slidt. Køjesenge var beskidte. Badeværelser var fine. Aircondition var flytbar og larmende, og kunne kun dækket et rum. Resortet var fyldt med aktiviteter. Poolområdet var rent og dejligt med flere bassiner. Tæt på Port de Grimaud. Det kræver dog bil at komme frem og tilbage. Omgivelserne var smukke.

Ok badeo råde, men gammelt og slitt o råde og rom

Gammelt og slitt område som ikke er tatt vare på de siste 20 årene. Rommet var ikke veldig rent, masse maur inne og ute på verandaen. Det var som resten av området dårlig vedlikeholdt. Bassengområdet var pusset opp i nyere tid og var bra 🙂

Appartement inconfortable, non climatisé, équipé Avec des accessoires des années 80, personnel désagréable et hautain, si vous souhaitez avoir l’impression de ne pas être client et de très mal dormir je vous le conseille vivement. Pour notre part plus jamais!!!!! Nous nous sommes fait avoir par les photos de la piscine qui disait parc aquatique. Ces photos vous attirent dans la plus gros arnaque et dans des vacances à coup sûr loupé !!!

Je n ai jamais obtenu accès à l apartement puisque j ai eu un pneu crevé. Du coup je suis arrivée après 18h. "Bonjour, nos bureaux sont ouvert de 9h à 18h." Aucun nr d urgence disponible. J ai du chercher un autre hotel dans l urgence.

O residence é espetacular, muito bonito e bem cuidado , serviços próximos e praia a 10 min. O grande problema é que os quartos não tem ar condicionado e possuem apenas um ventilador por acomodação. No verão o calor que faz dentro dos quartos é desumano e se estiver com família, vai ter que escolher quem não vai dormir a noite . Recomendo se vier comprar ventilador em supermercado vizinho, mesmo que seja para deixar depois no residente

Envie de vite revenir

Une semaine de vacances bien méritées. Un cadre magnifique,le soleil toute la semaine, la résidence est géniale. Garde a l'entrée, véhicule en garage couvert, appartement de bonne qualité avec le nécessaire, une très bonne literie et une vue sur St Tropez à couper le souffle. Gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel. une adresse qui reste dans notre carnet sans problème. Le cadre hors saison est parfait et super-abordable.
