A Great Diamonds, with some inclusions!

The accommodation and location was fantastic for if you're driving/renting a car. The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink. Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but manageable. There's plenty of outlets and only one tv in the living room. Each room had its own AC unit while in two of the bedrooms they were not working, the bedroom with two twin beds was working snd living rooms AC was working. Keeping all the doors open helped air out the apartment well. The terrance was nice and spacious but BEWARE OF ANT PROBLEM ALL THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE POOL, TRASH AREA, APPARTMENT TERRANCE AND ALL WALL WAYS OUTSIDE. The apartment has NO ANT PROBLEMS. The Receptionist was nice to provide an ant spray, it was not thay effective but it worked somewhat. Overal, definitely a plestant stay. I would recommend and stay again when visiting Saint Tropez.

Not enough value for the Price..

Nice and friendly staff.. But not at all value enough for the money. To old, to worn Down and Common areas a little sad.. The wifi was really bad and the pool area could be more nice. Not enough service in the kitchen, so a Family of 4 could not do one meal without need to dishwash straight after to have new service for next meal.

Appartement hôtel située dans les hauteurs de Grimaud. La piscine est un petit plus surtout lors des périodes de forte chaleur, par contre, le canapé lit est très inconfortable pour y passer plusieurs nuits. Matelas très mince et sommier à ressorts souple.

Flot ophold

Den absolut smukkeste udsigt! Gode værelser og indretning, superrent indendørs. Poolområdet var ikke spændende - ødelagte solvogne og tre små forrevne parasoller. Bunden i selve poolen var gået løs. Men rent, og man kunne sagtens tilbringe dejlige timer i og ude af vand. Udover opgradering af pool, vil jeg anbefale det lille græsområde foran lejlighedens terrasse fik lidt opmærksomhed. Morgenmad kedelig standard. Alt ialt superdejligt sted!

Très décevant

L’appartement effectivement comme convenu était très grand, par contre niveau propreté, c’était vraiment très sale sous les lits dans les rainures des placards. Dans les rainures des fenêtres, il y avait des araignées au plafond ainsi que des toiles d’araignées de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement, alors que les photos sur Internet paraissait très belles propre et moderne. Ce n’est pas du tout la réalité quand on arrive sur place. par contre effectivement ils ont une belle piscine, mais ça ne fait pas tout concernant les parties communes, il y avait des feuilles partout, ce n’est pas du tout entretenue et a la hauteur du tarif que nous avons payé
