"Roaches, no he help from front desk, dirty, gross."

"The location was great with free parking. However, the lobby smelled like mildew and the property is very dated. There were two tiny bath towels that barely fit around us, the mini fridge was on the floor instead of being in the cabinet, and the worst issue was my partner stuffed up the toilet and we told management and he responded that when we return from our outing to universal things will be “fresh and clean”. Upon returning to our room, 12 hours later, we opened the door to the room and the...

"The room was very clean and d the was surprisingly very comfortable. What i didn't like is you had to walk across the street to their other property to get ice. The front desk area the scent was so strong I couldn't stand be in there really could tone down. The shuttle was as convenient to use as last year chose to use Lyft ride to make sure we could make tour times."

"The room was so small especially bathroom there was no enough space. There was no table only 1 chair in the room. There was no reception it was a machine. It was not comfortable. Ac was making a noise we couldn’t turn on and it was so hot in the night. Tv was bigger than bathroom. They charged me 150$ deposit in the check in time and check out time they told me they will give me back 7 business days also first time in my life I paid deposit for hotel room, also they charging 10$ daily parking...

"Staff was undoubtedly the best part for me; always helpful and kind. The room was ready hours before I got there and spotless, and I found the bed surprisingly comfortable. I only stayed for one night but they made my experience seemless and comfortable. It was also nice to have ready access to a café/bakery as well as a bar/restaurant."

"I love the place, reasonable price"

"Wow what an amazing place! We stayed here to see a show at the Greek Theatre and it was a highlight of our trip. We definitely need to stay longer next time and enjoy the space more! Especially the bar and restaurant"

"Needs more parking"

"Hotel was a .5 or less mile walk to Hollywood blvd. It was in a safe location. Easy ride share pickup/dropoff. There appeared to be adequate parking but we did not have a car. Property & rooms were clean, ac worked well, shower had great water pressure, good area for applying makeup & getting ready, breakfast was just good enough. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast staff not so much. Rooms were cleaned every other day but you could request more frequent service or just...
