"I find so many bugs in the room on different spot and they refuse to give me a new room after complaining to the receptionist"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Georgian Hotel. The room was large and well laid out with a nice fireplace and a good sized kitchen. The TV’s are a bit small and one of the remote controls was missing batteries. The room and the hotel itself were clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and fun things to do close by. We would stay again. Very family friendly."
