"I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. They found 2 camp beds for my children which meant we had to squeeze 4 into one small room. "The room had everything we needed. Air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, closet & hangers, and windows that open to the fresh mountain air. We utilized the laundry service & our clothing came back perfectly laundered. The breakfast, which is buffet style, had plenty of options. Very good!! There's a nice sitting area & bar right inside the lobby, plus a small sitting area just beyond the front desk. We used both areas to do work on our laptops. Cozy and comfortable. The hotel location is excellent. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes very close. The front desk staff helped us with multiple travel questions/issues. We appreciate them!"

"The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and clean, although the bed was too firm for my personal preference. I was lucky to have a room at the rear, but friends at the front complained of traffic noise. The rooms were very hot and they had to have a window open. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the evening meal here too. The free transfer to the slopes too 2 mins was also well organised and was nearly always waiting for us, when we came off the slopes. I would definitely shortlist this hotel again."
