Was a nicer than expected hotel which is always nice! Room was lovely and spacious, daily turn down service. Pool was nice and peaceful. Just beside train and bus stops made it handy to go anyways.

It was a near ideal experience. The facility is beautifully designed, very clean and the breakfast is magnificent. There were no nightstands next to the bed which was irritating. I couldn’t rest my phone, computer, other things next to me.

Cozy hotel with a great quality/price ratio. Well connected with the city of Basel (20min by bus from the front door of the hotel). Basic gym but good enough for a short stay, great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Good experience, liked it.

First time I stay here and only chose this hotel because of three things: fantastic breakfast, gym and bike hire. The bike hire did not work at all as the hotel stopped it the day I arrived (unlucky) . The breakfast was indeed fantastic, and the gym was not too bad (does not qualify as a gym though, more like a fitness room) .

Great hotel

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I slept really well and there was no unwanted noise in the evenings. Breakfast was lovely. The pool was small but enough for us. There were regular buses into local bigger towns.

Warm welcome, very nice continental breakfast, convenient, sadly enough we couldn’t enjoy the fine dining experience as the restaurant was closed. Regardless they recommended a selection of nearby restaurants. No remarks at all. The complimentary minibar was a cherry on top!

Stunning property and only a 20 min bus ride in to bern. Also for me added bonus of free ev charging. The room was ultra modern with everything you needed. Pool looked refreshing and inviting but never had time to use it. Breakfast was fantastic and tasteful.

I was traveling into Switzerland daily and it was an ease commute during the day but once evening hit was very hard. They stated they had airport shuttle but when I asked they said they didn’t do that and would get me a taxi. They did not do that. But overall nice hotel

We had an overnight stay on a Monday. It had three EV chargers. The restaurant was closed but we were told of the options including their sister hotel 10 mins away. We drove their for a meal. It was excellent. The service in both hotels was excellent. We don’t speak German. Their English was excellent. We’d definitely go again and have already recommended it to a friend as a stop over on the way to Italy.

I didn't like that there was no AC. I also didn't like that it required my phone to enter or the hotel or my room. They provide a little fan for the room but it gets so hot. If the weather is 23 , I don't recommend this hotel!

No Shuttle service is available, even though Expedia advertises a 24-hour airport shuttle. A rare find - Convenient and round-the-clock airport shuttle service for easy travel. We ended up paying £60 each way to the airport, twice, because they could only book a taxi for us. Breakfast wasn't good too.

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich, die Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Aber die Dusche, ähm, schwarzer Schmutz oder Schimmel in den Ecken und im Duschkopf selbst. Im Aschenbecher draußen lagen Zigarettenkippen und der Boden sah nicht so aus, als wäre er gewischt oder gekehrt worden. Haare auf dem Boden. Sehr seltsam, denn als ich mir angesehen habe, wie die anderen Zimmer gereinigt wurden, hätte ich das nicht erwartet. Den Boden und die Zigarettenkippen kann ich entschuldigen, vielleicht kam etwas dazwischen und es gab Eile.Aber bitte kümmern Sie sich um den Duschbereich.

Super Unterkunft für ein paar Tage.

Gute Lage, verkehrsgünstig und dennoch recht ruhig. Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück und Parkmöglichkeiten. Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.
