Séjour compliqué dans cet hôtel problème quand je suis arrivé avec mon enregistrement qui était pas bien fait soit disant on voulait me faire payer alors que j avais déjà payé en passant par hôtels.com je suis bien resté 30 minutes a attendre ma chambre ensuite première chambre la clim ne fonctionnait pas alors qu il fesait très chaud sur Grenoble je redescends a l accueil on me change de chambre je déménage mes affaires et la pareil ps de clim je pète un câble redescends la personne a l accueil monte dans ma.chambre essai de la faire fonctionner et me trouve une excuse bidon 0bref que c est l hôtel qui a réglé la clim comme cela donc ok je prends la douche et environ 30 minutes après on frappe a ma porte et on me dit que l' on m'a trouvé une chambre avec clim donc je redemenage tout bref je tiens juste a préciser que la personne de l accueil a ete très patient et sympa mais je pense que c est un jeune en formation ou débutant et que sont supérieurs était peinard chez lui
