"Staff was very nice"

"Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. I did not like the breakfast room: there were no individual packets of jellies, milk etc. everyone had to touch the same jelly containers and milk jug. There was no bacon or sausage left at least one hour or more on Saturday before breakfast room was supposed to close"

"The room was offered without a key. When we requested a room with a working key, we were upgraded to a room with dirty linens, a non-functional TV and unprofessional staff. We reserved for 3-nights, but left after 1 horrific night. We will never stay at Ecolodge again."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional. Once I got to my room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled strongly of smoke. The room also did not appear to be properly cleaned. The sheets and covers had visible stains, and one of the covers even had a burn hole in it. If you are just looking for a quick, no-frills place to stay, it may be fine. However, basic cleanliness and customer service should be improved."
