Awesome made-to-order service, Must send shout out Iyanna who worked feverishly to attend to everyone’s breakfast needs. Special heartfelt thank you to Sherri for helping us retrieve an iPhone inadvertently left in our room. We will be back whenever we go to Philly. Thanks Embassy Suites!"

"The hotel had been recently renovated and was very nice. Room was comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am but was never ready before 6:30 am. The one thing that really put me off is the pool. I booked this hotel for the main reason that it has an indoor pool, however with the birthday party that was going on out of one room and the pool filled with too many kids, it was impossible to use for my small grandchildren and me. The kids were out of control with no adult supervision. I actually spoke to several other families who booked this hotel for the pool and they had the same complaint."

"Book the rooms with the double queen beds, facing the water, for just a couple bucks more. You'll enjoy the fantastic views and extra space. Staff was wonderful and the place was clean. The beds aren't all that comfortable, one mattress was softer than the other. Great location, right outside of Philly, and only 15 mins. away from the the Philly sports facilities and the Italian Market, in South Philly. Free parking and safe location, we would stay here, again."
