"Our room had a terrible odor. We had to purchase some room deodorizer. It did not mask the odor. Our bathroom shower had a dirty washcloth left in the tub. I requested a new room. I was told none were available. I was told my room would be cleaned the next day. Needless to say, it was never cleaned."

"Beware there are other hotels much better to choose from!!!! NOT up to Marriott standards. This is such a poorly managed hotel. Have been coming to Williamsburg 28 years. Everyday breakfast items out (different times) , not being refilled, No coffee. Check in rude, sarcastic and condescending, could not wait for shift to end. Furniture damaged, TV stopped working. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping came in once."
