We had an excellent experience at this property. Great customer service, front desk was very helpful and polite when we told them that our dog got sick in the room. Highly recommend.

Nice, quaint, comfortable aesthetic. Barely any food options at the "restaurant" in the way of breakfast. 24hr shop is grossly over priced. But the hotel itself is nice

Had to wait almost 30 mins past check in time to get our room. The AC didn’t work in the room and the room was dirty and definitely wasn’t cleaned.

The room was not what we booked it didn’t even have a microwave or safe our child got sick in middle of night an we needed Tylenol but the hotel only had for adults we had to go to 4 gas station to find it a lot of children travel to they should carry stuff for children

Minor check in delay but it seemed to be connected to an Expedia/hotels.com issue and the person at the desk moved it along quickly so we could get to our room. The hotel is clean, the room was clean and quiet and the stay was great.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable, clean, and friendly. Excellent location to a lot of amenities. If there is a negative, it would be it did not come with an included breakfast (we misread the posting about the breakfast).

Great hotel. And water pressure and heat was great quality in the shower. Only problem was Expedia said it was king plus sofa bed. Room only had a king and a chair. Minor issue but good feedback for Expedia to not mislead. Hotel was willing to make it right. But if the hotel was full, my family would’ve been sleeping on the floor. Lol. More than liking cancelling and than fighting for a refund. Great property though.
