Restaurant bar was listed as available but was closed , it was the reason we chose that hotel, so we paid more for it for nothing and ended up having to drive to go out to eat

Extremely pleasant hotel and staff

We enjoyed this hotel very much although not everything was up and running (bar, ability to sit outside on the patio, etc.) because of the time of year. The staff were extremely kind and helpful to us. We will go back when the weather gets better.

It was clean. I barely started checking in and the lady said “only guests in the pool” I thought…kind of rude 1st thing to say? I needed a cot & when I asked they told me only one in the whole building was being used. It should not say they are available!

Front desk was nice and both room's beds were clean but did not feel our concerns were addressed in the moment and at leaving. Stepped on metal shard in the pool, never heard back from the manager. Handheld sprayer in my room didn't work. Second room had buildup in the hand sprayer, loose sockets, smell in bathroom and TV was unresponsive for most of the buttons. Bar was advertised but closed with unpredictable hours. Breakfast/Starbucks in building was same situation even during the open hours and pool hours were not listed.

Will be staying there a 4th time

This is the third time that I stayed at this hotel. This time I brought my mother and had to make a change at check-in due to the need to have a roll in bathroom for my mother's room. The staff changed the reservation for us which took some time as I booked on a third party site - I am done with third party sites as this is the second time I had an issue - but the staff was committed to making the change for me and they did. Staff also game some great information on places to eat. It is so nice when they are able to provide local insights. The room itself was spotless and comfortable.
