They need to be at the front desk later for the workers who work later to be able to pay there bill 11 to 6:30 not working people hours

I believe you should be able to have the same price if you extend your stay if you work out of town .. parking was good . Ppl shouldn't take up every washing machine ..

I wish that in town suites corporation would recognize the seniors or pre-seniors that are visiting temporarily at your suites; I feel that would draw more valued customers in that age range. The mattresses seem a little worn or sunk in, but however, it was tolerable. The rooms are very clean. I didn’t see any pest the front lobby staff, even from my very first check-in. The young man was very, very professional and….going forth even up until now that the end keepers are very, professional very friendly and accommodating to me.

I've not used the laundry services. Room is very clean, well maintained, well taken care of. Staff is has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I'm in a wheelchair with mobility issues and they've gone out of their way to help me. Highly recommended and I would stay here again anytime.

It's okay but it wasn't close to any grocery store and the only thing ead a couple of restaurants and a gas station that's it the rooms was clean but the bed was broken they had to get me new bed frame that's dangerous they have to check those beds 🛌 before people come pay thst much for s broken bed naw I don't think so if you pay with a card and you get government do stay there they will put you out please make sure you have enough money it's a nice hotel it's that u have to watch out for the housekeeping because they will come in your room i don't like getting rooms at intown Suites because they don't work with you if you had paid them$1 ,800 if someone paying you that much you should work with them let them stay until they money comes the in two days or the next they will check out i think I wont fo that again because it's hard out here and you don't have anywhere to go and you have kids snd you new please be careful getting hotels out here or get the room for 32nights thst will give you a couple of days for your money comes on your card

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The elevator was not working throughout the weekend, and there was no internet service available. The property also had a strong smoke odor, which made the environment uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I found the overall cleanliness and condition of the property below my expectations. Due to these issues, I decided not to check in and stayed elsewhere. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

They will scam you at this property if you pay up for a while they will start doing and or allowing things to make you feel annoyed uncomfortable and unwelcome in order for you to want to leave so they can keep your money and double book a room under the guise of "no refund policy." Like allowing the fire alarm to go off daily saying it's a "test", inviting pest control in as if you are a pest especially when you have filed a complaint due to them not having running water and no hot water which is UNSANITARY AND FIRE HAZARDOUS. They make very rude snide remarks to guests, I was treated in the most disrespectful way at this place, they are a bunch of liars and deceivers and I would never recommend anyone choose this place, I left before my stay ended which would have been today, and I left on the 12th and they gave me 0 dollars of my money although everything that happened was on their end. Skylar has a nasty tone and disposition and Kiana makes the sextra unnecessary comments. It gives ignorance and incompetence, needs to be shut down and condemned since the water can't stay on. There was a smoke fire during the stay as well due to a staff catching a laundry machine on fire. It's dimly lit in the hallways. not a very welcoming end and the pictures shown on the site are far from what it looks like in real life. I was told bc I didnt book a "premium" room that's why my room wasn't as clean as expected. I want them held accountable for stealing my money.

Went to check in for my 8 night stay at 7:15 and was told my reservation had been cancelled because we should’ve been there by 7:00 PM. I stated there was nowhere on the website stating that or I would’ve called ahead of time because we had been in a wreck. The manager is the one who cancelled, no courtesy call or anything and they refuse to let you book after 7. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

MY STAY

I DID NOT ENJOY MYSELF AT ALL CAUSE FROM THE MOMENT I GOT THERE TO THE TIME I LEFT THERE WAS THIS ODOR THAT I COULD NOT GET RID, COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS THE CARPET, SO I HAD TO GO TO THE STORE 2 DAYS IN A ROW TO GET RESOLVE TO SPRAY ON THE CARPET TO GET IT TO SMELL BETTER IN THERE AND ALSO STARTED TO SEE BABY ROACHES.

Drive away fast!!!

Ghastly room, horrible cleanliness, roach infested, security vulnerability, online pictures do not portray the actual conditions, dishonest establishment, noisy, unsafe, no amenities not even ample towels, pay more & go elsewhere!!!

Travel Nurse

Nikki and Natalie was great. I am a travel nurse and they were very helpful. My stay was very quiet and comfortable. Kitchenette was very nice to have. Plenty of parking with good lighting.
