we have stayed here multiple times, the staff has always been courteous and helpful; the facility is well maintained and clean; breakfasts are good too.

Hyatt Place never disappoints. Our family stayed at the downtown Greensboro Hyatt Place and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff was exceptional! Highly recommend this location if your stay is Greensboro!

Very pleasant downtown location snuggled amongst modern apartments and across the street from the Grasshoppers ballpark. Nice Greek restaurant down the block as well as food at the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Seemed very reasonable for a prime location and included parking. Breakfast was very acceptable and included indoor and outdoor dining areas.

We booked 2 queens/doubles on Expedia but when we got to the property, they said they were out so we’d have to take a King w/a pull out couch. There were 4 of us & nobody wanted to sleep on the pull out couch. They offered to check a nearby location to see if they had any 2 bed rooms but we were already running late for a trampoline competition so we just agreed to take the king room. They said it was Expedia’s fault & didn’t check to see if there was a price difference. We had friends staying at the same hotel who had the same experience. The staff acted like since we booked through Expedia, we should just be happy to get any room.

Overall the experience was great staying here. I would have given a higher rating but found that the cleanliness of my room could have been better. The toilet wasn't as clean as it could've been (scrub under the inside rim) and there was hair in the show that didn;t come from me. Overall good but could've been better.

The property itself and service were good. However, the day we checked in there was no water. Couldn't use the toilet and after a long travel from the Washington, DC area, we looked forward to using the bathroom and resting. We opted to go eat early to have access to bathroom at a restaurant. The water began working around 10:00 - 10:30 pm.

Room had not been cleaned due to the biohazardous “object” my child found left behind by a previous guest. Clearly this room had not been cleaned due to the location and obviousness of the “object” had to move rooms after getting unpacked and settled, next day they turned water off 12-9:30 pm. Absolutely horrible stay. They did make things right with the first issue but then I couldn’t shower or flush the next day. Very disappointed because I travel every week for work and typically have good stays with Hyatt but this Hyatt in downtown Greensboro was far from ok!

The staff was extremely inviting when we first arrived. I loved that when people weren’t around the staff was sitting with the manager. However when I needed a drink refill no one was around since they were talking in a group and joking around. I would still choose the Hyatt over the Marriott in Greensboro any day.

Seems like they are slightly short staffed. Arrived at 3 only to be told room not ready. No time given as to when. Left came back about 45 minutes later. Still not ready but manager found a room on 5th floor. I recommend avoid the 5th floor because the HVAC units are above some of the rooms and constant hum of the equipment drove me nuts. After some persistence was able to get room on the 4th floor. No noise issues. Overall clean and a good location. Staff could use more training on how to communicate with customers.

Staff was kind and helpful, facility was clean. Parking garage was attached, but I wish the second story was covered (only because it rained our whole trip). Breakfast that was provided was great. We had a great experience and would stay again.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Immediately beside ball park. Could watch a game from the second floor pool in season. Brewery one block away but didnt get a chance to try it out.
