"Air conditioner was fault. Broker tiolet door. Tiolet was not operational. Insects on the floor. Broken windows. Booked for a week online but checked out after 4 hrs."

"The staff is kind and the place is close to Kampung Rambutan, bus terminal. There is no door guard and it took awhile to open front gate. At night, it was a challenge to rouse them up. But it was just what I needed to get a short sleep before long bus ride next day. Thanks"

"There is no water heater in the unit. And having to use the travelio appnyways was a major pain. The actual staff at the tower was great. Travelio staff needs some work. Also they do not tell you that internet is a separate fee that is limited to 2gbs for the whole trip. And you have to pay a deposit. "
