"The hotel was ok. The doors to the rooms are not square and leave a gap at the top. The bathroom had a mild mildew smell. Pool was not open to swim, but I was able to sit in the sun next to it. Staff was pleasant. Room was decent."

"Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was pristine, incredibly comfortable, and had a welcoming energy that made it feel like our own home for the two days we were there.
A great selection of snacks, food, and drinks were available at all times. We especially loved the ambiance because the entire place smelled amazing and the soft music playing throughout the house was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and hope it’s available the next time we’re in the area!"

"In town with sister for an overnight trip. Deshawn at the front desk greeted us and was absolutely so pleasant and friendly, both at check in and at check out. He is really one of the best front desk associates I've encountered at any Best Western, or hotel in general. The room was clean. The location was convenient to restaurants as well as getting off/on the interstate. Felt safe. Left the car at the hotel and took a Lyft to our event at First Horizon Center. "Very comfortable bed which was surprising to me because I personally have long-term chronic spinal pain from an injury and multiple spinal surgeries. I slept well and awoke fully rested. My traveling companion said the same about the bed she slept on. Also, the room was quiet and there was no problem with getting hot water for our showers.
Highly recommend this property.
Hotel Denim was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I found no problems anywhere."
