"It was disappointing that the rooms were not ready at check-in, although I had booked almost a month in advance. The attending staff and dining were great, but the property conditions were not so good. The air conditioner water started dripping from the ceiling, and it took two front desk calls and almost 20 minutes for someone to come and fix it. Overall, it was a good experience. "

"The breakfast was same each day and shower glass door is safety issue very tight to get in and out of shower . my bedsheets or towels wasn't changed in two weeks l stayed. No WiFi in bedroom which l told staff at desk on many occasions but nothing was done to solve the WiFi. Positive was size of room was good. No hair dryer few days is ok to stay at hotel but the shower door needs urgent changed before someone gets Hurt badly. "
