"Breakfast good and served until 10am which I liked. Staff could have been a little more professional. Doors slamming in hallway a little annoying but fortunately was not happening late at night or early in am. Heating/air unit very noisy but fortunately did not need to use at night and could turn it off. Great proximity to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks."
"On the plus side, the room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Annoyances: Every time you leave WiFi service, you need to re-login which includes watching a commercial. You soon realize that the WiFi signal is so poor as to being utterly useless. I’ve had much better WiFi at a remote campsite. Room had two duplicate remotes. Neither of which worked (dead batteries). Although HDTV has been around for 20+ years, programming is low def. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower, but no soap dispenser - go figure. Two of three keys we were given didn’t work. "
"We stayed at this hotel when we eloped to Moab. It’s been renovated beautifully, the room was spacious, very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant, very close to shops and restaurants, all walkable. Then a short drive to Arches National Park and others. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, so can’t comment on those but everything else was good and I’d recommend it."
"Decent stay for value in Moab. Older property with an older renovation that is holding up. Furniture and carpet seem relatively recent. I've heard some guests complain about the noise on the street side. We were on the back side and had no noise issues. Complimentary breakfast is OK, but almost all options are sugary, so it's a little harder to get a balanced breakfast. Overall, it was worth the lower price than some other options."
"Very nice property, well maintained. It was really convenient to be at a walkable distance from restaurants and grocery store.
The room was very clean and confortable. For me the only inconvenience was the noise from the road."
