Cari Resort Kondominium di Green Mountain

"You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel, but it served its purpose well for a quick overnight stop. The staff was great and let me check in early, plus they were kind enough to let me park my motorcycle under the front entrance canopy. The room was a generous size, though the decor and fixtures felt stuck in the '80s. The couch was pretty worn and stained, and the shower handle was loose (though the water pressure made up for it). My heater also blew cold air even set to 78°F, but...

"Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! "Okay, it's nice enough for hiking and it's clean with a good view. Unfortunately, there is no blow dryer and the communication with the staff is hit or miss. I asked for a 3rd for room with my reservation, but the hotel owners said second floor would be better. Well, you can hear everything from the people above (stomping around and yelling). The area was hit hard from Helene...a lot lf trails still closed and not much for restaurant options in downtown Spruce Pine as they're still recovering."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the Expedia amenities included in the search was not actually included. The breakfast that was said to be included was not. It did not actually have a hot tub as stated in the Expedia search parameters."
