Very ghetto

Service was great but hotel really needs remodeling. It’s also very ghetto, don’t stay with children! Cheap doesn’t always mean good. Many locals live in this place and they literally did a bbq outside of theirs rooms on the parking lot. We did not feel safe at all! Spend the extra cash and stay in Greely. Much safer there.

No, not friendly to my 2 ESA cats. I had even called ahead 1 week before to make sure they would accept my cats. She said she would check with the manager and call me back. Which she did and said they would be allowed. When I got there, they had no electricity, the man at the front desk was rude as ever. First he was saying they dont take cats. Then I told himbthey are ESA animals and he didnt care. Then, he was going to let us stay but was going to charge me a pet fee which is illegal when its a ESA animal. He did not want to see my papers stating as such. Then he said theres a 60.00 deposit. Told me all hotels statewide have to charge it. Flat out lie again! I have stayed at plenty of hotels here that don't charge a deposit. I cancelled and demanded my money back. They still have not refunded it and Ive been in my car thanks to them for the last 3 days along with my cats

One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Sheets were not clean.. the TV didn’t work .. fridge setting were off and it froze everything I put in.. clearly a drug and prostitution hotel.. noise and knocking in both my neighbors doors allllll night I think it stopped around 6am.Never again. Staff was decent.

I had an uneasy feeling from the start. The guy at the front desk was snarky and demeaning just because I asked why I was being charged a $60 deposit. The room itself was honestly gross. The towels, microwave, and tables were all visibly dirty. I actually had to go back to the front desk to ask for new towels and for the microwave to be cleaned. On top of that, the walls are paper-thin, so I heard every single car on the highway and didn't sleep at all. The scariest part of my stay was at 11 PM when a random man was shouting and going to every door trying to break in. I felt really unsafe and uneasy the rest of the night. Between the lack of security and dirty room, I will never be returning to this place and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

This hotel was just what we needed nothing more nothing less. Everything was as you'd expect a 2 star hotel to be. Don't go there expecting a 5 star experience. You get what you pay for, This is probably one of the best two star I've stayed in.
