"Our room was located on the fourth floor of a renovated stone building that had been completely updated. It came with a complete kitchen (full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and hot pot). We loved the exposed rock wall. The unit was in a great location, just a block off of the Piazza Unita d’Italia. "Perfect location for exploring historical downtown area. Wonderful hotel. We highly recommend it. ONLY thing is all this area is a pedestrian only area. When the GPS says you are there you need to get the luggage out of the car and go to the car park. The hotel will recommend where to park your car. If going by taxi they will tell you how to get to the hotel from the street. "

"Unassuming hotel on a side street. We walked from train station to hotel with luggage, over bumpy roads & narrow sidewalks, about 20min, at night. It was difficult to determine where the building was without Google maps. May not appeal to everyone but it had a small town European feel (tiny little elevator).The rooms we had were spacious & newly renovated. Spent 2 nights, easily walked to cruise ship port (20min). Hotel offered luggage storage so we could explore the morning b4 our cruise....

Very clean and well-maintained apartment with updated appliances (range/oven, dishwasher, clothes washer). There is AC and heat, with double doors opening to a balcony to take in coastal breezes. A small, reliable elevator takes you to the upper floors. If driving, limited parking is available in front of the building, but is often occupied. The area is very busy, and...

"Our stay at The Nuovo Albergo was great... the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, clean crisp sheets, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom. The staff was fantastic and helpful, (especially Laura, thank you for all), and the complimentary breakfast is fresh and varied. The hotel is perfectly located in the old city for walking and visiting. The street entrance however, does not do it justice as it is quite dark and could use some improvement."

"I didn’t like people in the dorm room on the 3rd floor talking and dancing till 11:30 pm. I could hear all the noise from these younger kids laughing and running around the hotel, with no authority around to tell them that other guests are trying to sleep. "
