"I was so upset when I saw the state of this resort. The lobby was absolutely gorgeous with their tile floor but the beauty ended there. The rooms were old and outdated, not to mention our phone and some of our lights didn’t work and there was a hole in the wall. When I inquired about the phone the staff member asked if I wanted it fixed. The hallway and elevator area looked more like Motel 6 than a resort.
