"The hotel is great. We were there just for the convenience because our flight to Paris was at 6am. But convenience has a price. And this hotel isn't cheap. If you can stay amd enjoy breakfast included in your stay then it's even better. Unfortunately we didn't have that chance as breakfast only opens at 5am. "Stay was May 29th to 30th 2026 The customer service. My only concern was with the breakfast experience and the breakfast staff.
We paid an additional fee for breakfast, but it was very disappointing. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and there were very few food options remaining. When we asked if items would be refilled, the staff repeatedly said no. We requested creamer and orange juice and were told that no more would be put out.
