"Room was clean and staff were helpful! Very simple hotel comparable to a 3-4 star hotel in the USA. Air conditioning and shower had good pressure. Baggage was easy to store and housekeeping was as very kind. A person made our room special with extra water and a snack which was a very sweet surprise. Location is great for the acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Also short walk to shops in Plaka (touristy)."

"The rooms are newly renovated and the room with a king sized bed and the view of the Acropolis was spacious. The staff at the hotel were professional and friendly. I requested for a room change as the bed configuration was not to our liking and the staff saw to it that our needs were addressed. Kudos to them! Overall, a great stay!"

"My stay at Ermass Hotel was the perfect introduction to Albania! As a solo African American traveler visiting Albania for the first time, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is centrally located in Durrës, making it easy to explore the city. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, and clubs just outside the hotel, and my room’s balcony offered a wonderful view of the lively surroundings. The airport is also conveniently located only about 20–30 minutes away. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, accommodating, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, making me feel safe, comfortable, and valued throughout my stay. They can also arrange transportation for guests, and the process was seamless and convenient. Breakfast was included with my package, and it was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options each morning. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the spa, it looked beautiful and is definitely worth experiencing. The gym was also clean and well-equipped. If you’re an American visiting Albania for the first time—or any traveler looking for outstanding hospitality—I highly recommend Ermass Hotel. The combination of excellent service, ideal location, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made my first visit to Albania truly unforgettable. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip!"
