"We stayed at Volcano View Hotel after renting a car and driving from the airport. Overall this hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. The view is magical, especially if your room faces the ocean. "Olga at reception was incredibly helpful and charming. This is an amazing place for the money. We had a hot tub with a great view of the caldera. And the location was perfect. It was a good hike to Oia, and an easy one to Imerovigli and Fira."

"The hotel arranged a pick up from the port. The staff at the reception were really helpful explaining how to move around the island, what to visit and where to find good food. Room was amazing, wonderful view, huge balcony with a jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious which was included in our booking. Check out time is supposed to be at 11;00AM, they let us use the room till 1:30PM as we had an afternoon flight."

The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel. "Atrion was an excellent location for us!! We found the staff to be overwhelmingly friendly and helpful, from the Front Desk to the breakfast and housekeeping staff. The hotel was clean and well-maintained and was very comfortable. Importantly, there were several power outlets as well. The safe was newer and was very easy to operate. I would gladly return and have no hesitation in recommending it highly. A huge “Thank You” to all the staff at Hotel Atrion!!"
