The property is nice at a quiet area. It was very clean and the pool was beautiful! The front desk staffs were very nice and helpful! Specially was Simmy gave me a lot of local information how to travel around, where to eat, arranged my transportation etc… The location is little difficult to find as the first visitors. Asking for an airport pickup I think is necessary, otherwise would be hard to find.

Overall stay was great! Simoneta is the best host as she helps with accommodations to tours, transportation and guidance on what to do and when to do it! She took really good care of us! Room was nice and clean. I would stay here again!

Lovely stay with a great pool! Right next to the bus stop, making it super easy to get around the island. It was very quiet and clean and the staff was always ready with suggestions and help to navigate Santorini. Would highly recommend staying here!

The pool/patio area is very nice. The room/bathroom was very clean. The people at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The room we stayed in was right off the lobby. If that bothers you, I would recommend verifying where your room would be located. The only complaint was that the mattress was hard.

this is absolutely a gem in Santorini. not iust the place itself that it s a paradise but the staff is incredible. everyone was super nice and available from day 1. In particularly Constantino is super, great advises for food, car rent and general infos. If we come back in the island definitely we gonna come back. super recommended

5 stars to Costantin the receptionist, he has been very helpful and kind, always smiling. The swimming pool was always tidy and clean. Very peaceful and lovely hotel, we will defenetly come back.

The reception staff was fabulous, property was up to date, newly renovated, nice balcony, novice bathroom. My room was very close to reception and unfortunately quite noisy when guests were checking in but ok over night.

The moment I walked in for a check in Constatino was helpful, and knowledgeable. I needed to hire a photographer and didn’t know anyone so Constantino made server calls to find a reasonable price one and best recommended one and he did! Thank you my friend. Hotel os clean, has a nice pool and walking distance to the center to buy anything you like.

A excellent, friendly and well located villa
Amazing stay at villa kavallaris. The hosts were excellent; from check in to check out. On arrival Sami talked us through places to visit, where to go and how to get there and helped us shape an itinerary for our stay. Sami facilitated our activity bookings too. The room (4) was light, spacious and had a balcony - only drawback to the room was the noise from reception some nights. The room and hotel was kept clean with daily housekeeping. This is a nice hotel if you are looking for something budget friendly, easily accessible by bus. There are a few restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies closeby. The hotel staff was ok, except the guy at the reception, he was super nice and helped us a lot!

Very friendly staff, clean, and spacious room. Not the best location, bus schedules are unreliable so without a car it’s hard to move around.

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. It was a little more central but it was nice since it was super quiet. The staff was amazing. They had their own driver to drive us around which made getting everywhere so nice and easy. The room was so cute and had lots of space. Over all such a great stay. Would stay again and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great hotel with lovely pool
Lovely little hotel and our apartment had a kitchen and balcony, was very spacious which was a bonus too! We made great use the pool area too which made our stay very enjoyable and staff are friendly and attentive; ordering us taxis, quad bikes and even having l plasters for my partners blisters!! Haha. Location is fairly nice too as bus stop to Fira (10 minute journey) is only a couple minutes walk as well as having supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Great place for the price and would recommended hotel to anyone visiting Santorini who doesn’t want to pay the overpriced hotels in Oia or Fira :)

We LOVED our stay here! We had everything we needed and more. Simi provided the best tips for where to eat and watch the sunset and how to get around via the quad. The room was also cleaned and tidied every morning, such a treat. The location was prime as we were in the middle of the island, so we could get to both sides easily and see it all! We will definitely come back to Santorini and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful experience! We left with full hearts and bellies.

Excellent customer service on arrival. Difficult to locate the property despite receiving an email from reception, with a map of traveling by local bus from the Port. It would help to have signage with the property name on the small lane leading off the Main Street. There are 3 different supermarkets nearby. The bus stops at the last supermarket and that can be confusing. The lane to the property is diagonally opposite the first supermarket. Once at the accommodation the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. Great facilities and access to excellent local bus service to Fira and Oia. You will soon learn the bus protocol - be early. Beaches are easy to access by bus too.

We arrived very late in the evening and passed their check in hours but communications was great and gave instructions as where left keys and rooms etc and we checked the following morning. The host/manageress was absolutely helpful and fabulous, gave advice where to visit etc. The pool is lovely, the apartment was great, kitchen and bathroom decor was a little tired/dated but was clean overall. On our last day, after check out she offered we were welcome to use pool and shower etc as our flights were very late in the evening. There is very well stocked supermarket only 5 mins walk and restaurants and bus stops nearby. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend this accommodation.
