Location was good, just outside of the main hustle and bustle, so close but not noisy. Cave room cool and dark, bathroom big and adequate shower, right outside the pool which was nice. Staff exceptional and very helpful.

They were very accommodating, the hotel is in a great location (just a short 5 min. walk to Fira City Square, the room was bright, spacious and the AC was greatly appreciated!

Hotel room was as advertised and the shower was good. What was dispointing was being charged €20 for a transfer to the port, the transfer was shared with 10 other people and was about 5KM away from the hotel.

Good minimal room
We were mostly out and about, but staying in Fira was a great choice. The room has what you need: AC, fresh towels and sheets everyday, vanity for getting ready, etc. the shower is a bit small and the WiFi was slow, but it’s a good spot for people who are mostly at their hotel to sleep or hang out by the pool. Not a spacious luxury room with large furniture for lounging around.

Pleasantly surprised with our room some aspects of it needed upgrading/attention but overall a nice clean room with friendly staff. The room door could be looked at for its functionality, when closed it still allows light to come through and at 1am with a hallway light beaming it it’s a little hard to sleep

Pleasant room despite uninspiring surroundings
Leta Santorini was a bit of a distance from the bus station, so it was quite a long trundle uphill with heavy luggage. The road up was rather grimy and commercial, not quite the charming narrow corridors of the cliffside half of town. The hotel frontage didn't look promising either, but the room was spacious, cool and cave like, with an intriguing mosaic cocoon of a bathroom. They left a flask of white wine the next day which was a nice surprise.

The location is prime, super clean hotel room, fairly well sized. Most dissappoointing point unfortunately is the bed creaked substantially!! Could not even turn at night without loud creaking. Super uncomfortable bed. Not even one good sleep night.

Overall, wonderful stay. The property is in a central location, it is comfortable, and the staff are friendly and easygoing. There were two things I would improve. 1.) The WiFi was essentially non-functional from our room, which was frustrating when that is all you have as a tourist. 2.) We booked an excursion through the hotel and they did not inform us of the excursion itinerary or that we needed to bring walking shoes. We found out about needing the walking shoes when we were already on the boat and there was nothing we could do about it at that point.

Room is damp with no shower venting. Downstairs is cool and loft gets warm. Hard to regulate an even temperature. Also very dark in the room. The people who own resort are very kind.

Great little hotel located right in Fira, so easy to walk to nearby attractions, views. It has a much more homey feel than large chain hotels, with its charming Santorini architecture style. And if you listen to the front desk's advice and use the local bus, you can get around the island relatively cheaply and easily without having to rent one of the endless scooters and ATVs that flood the island.

Leta nice place to stay
The hotel is very well located with easy access to the main sites to visit in Fira and close to car rental places if you want to rent a car to go to Oia or other sites around. The personnel was very responsive and kind to cover all my concerns about transportation from/to the airport. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and with very new furniture. Very recommendable Leta.

Value hotel close to the centre of Fira
Clean and friendly with space to relax around a small pool after a busy day sight seeing. Lovely terrace with views. Rooms being upgraded. Choose the quality and value you prefer.

Great hotel for a great price
My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Hotel Leta. Fira is a good central location, the staff was incredibly nice, and the room was clean and spacious. It is the perfect place for budget travelers in Santorini.

Ideally located hotel
The hotel is located on the main road of Fira, just a few steps from the shopping area and the "donkey road" to the old port. Everything is nearby, including the bus station that can be used for trips around the island. The room was okay, although the bathroom was quiet small. The hotel offers free (and very good) coffee (and tea from tea bags) in the morning. There is a 24h bakery closeby. There's a terrace overlooking the east (non-caldera) side of the island, which makes the breakfast extra-enjoyable. The staff was also very friendly.

Wonderful stay in Fira
I would recommend this to anyone looking to travel to Fira on a budget. The hotel room was nice and comfortable and in a great location. Less than 5 minutes to the bus stop and 3 minutes to the caldera. The employees provided us with lots of information when needed and called to make reservations for us. Very nice stay!!

Chambre assez petite pour trois jours, sans fenêtre, assez humide (manque une aération). Trop de lumière la nuit à cause d'un boîtier sortie de secours vert en permanence allumé et une porte vitrée laissant passer toute la lumière du dehors.
