If you want to get away from the large resort's this is most definitely a must, a lovely family run hotel, would 100% recommend.

Tranquil and relaxing with great atmosphere
Lovely hotel with fantastic grounds and swimming pool, great sun lounger availability and very relaxed. Staff couldn’t do more to help even disputes slight language barrier. Only downside the walk to the bus stop and local restaurants on in paved road. Thoroughly recommend

Beautiful hotel, clean and fresh.
This is a gorgeous hotel, clean and quiet. Staff and Family who run it are lovely and welcoming. We had a wonderful week here. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away in the town.

Excellent hotel
Just back from 5 day break with 19 year-old daughter and husband. Antonio and family could not do enough.we felt like family. Peaceful location very relaxing. Lovely continental breakfast every evening. Loved it and would definitely recommend Pinetrees.

Peaceful, family run hotel
If you're looking to get away from the big chain hotels then this would be an ideal choice for your holiday. Rooms are a decent size and spotlessly clean. Kettle and fridge provided and our air conditioning unit was excellent. Bathroom is adequate although not very modern, and there are no "free toiletries" as suggested in the blurb, other than a bar of soap. Pool is superb. Very relaxing as this is an adults only hotel and the comfy sun beds are plentiful as most people seem to go exploring during the day. Breakfast next to the pool every morning is lovely and there should be enough to keep you going all day! This was a very relaxing and laid back break for us which was helped considerably by the excellent staff who do everything they can to help you (in spite of the language barrier) particularly Papa Kostas and his wife who seem to work 24 hours a day!

Very friendly family hotel
Local hotel with very friendly owners which makes this hotel unique. Stayed here for 3 nights. Kostas helped us to get to know the island very well.

Relaxation in the Pine Trees with mama Kosta
Fantastic family run hotel - 10 minute walk to the beach/resort (down quite a busy road - unlit at night) This is a place to go and relax and is an ideal base for discovering the Island - Kostas and his family are exceptional (including the dog and cat!) and Mamma Kosta has to be the best! Helpful and friendly - would highly recommend their Greek Night and also the amazing Mottarello Italian restaurant in Ixia - just down from the hotel on the front - would I stay again, yes I would - it would feel like "going home"

Absolutely amazing hotel
Absolutely amazing vacation. Me and my wife decided to book this hotel for 6 nights after reading the good reviews on tripadvisor. The reallity was far better than any review you will read. First, the hospitality of Kostas,the hotel owner, and his family. This is a small hotel, 20-25 rooms, and all the family is working together to run this place. Kostas was incredible. He took care of us,helped us around, assist us to rent a car and even took us with him to party. He had such an amazing positive atmosphere that im not sure im able to described it in words. Second,the hotel facilities were fantastic. The pool was nice and lovely, and even had actual beds instead of sun beds. I took some grate noon naps on them. The room was clean. Nice view and very peacful. I highly recommend this hotel and we will sure be back.

This is a perfect little family hotel, run by the wonderful Kostas who let us stay very late the evening of our departure (and use the pool, then shower in his own room...). Thank you Kostas! Pool was wonderful, location great, and the overall value - just right.

A great family run hotel
A warm welcome and a relaxing place to stay. We really enjoyed the location and the ambience of this hotel. The room was simple and stylish with really good shower, a large fridge and a nice balcony overlooking the garden. There is a lovely pool area with the most comfortable sun beds ever! and the place has a lovely Greek feel to it. Delicious homemade dishes are served at the poolside. It is away from the busy tourist area and there is a good parking area. We were at Pine Trees Art Hotel for two weeks in October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Hele lieve mensen. Douchegordijn was minder, maar werd na 1 dag vervangen en die was top. Zwembad is heerlijk en de ligbedden ook. Fijne rustige locatie waar je helemaal kan ontspannen.

Zeer rustig, goed om echt te relaxen. Minder goed is de ligging, het is 's avonds over een heel smalle donkere baan wandelen richting het hotel als je geen auto hebt als je van het centrum van Ixia komt. Geen belichting en er rijden wel veel auto's, dat was niet erg aangenaam. Voor de rest was het hotel wel geweldig, niet super veel luxe maar voor de prijs viel dat ook niet te verwachten. Het ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid maar wel voldoende voor ons als twee studenten.

Das familiengeführte, kleine Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann dort Ruhe und Erholung finden. Der Weg zur nächsten Taverne ist nicht weit, allerdings bei den Temperaturen - für die nur der Sommer etwas kann - nicht immer leicht. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und erfüllt alle Sonderwünsche sofort

Het is heerlijk rustig, personeel is geweldig. Opa runt het hotel samen met 2 jonge dames die er sochtends zijn en met oma. Ze doen dit met passie en liefde en niets te min voor hen!

Bettwäsche war ungewaschen und hat säuerlich gerochen. Das Bett hat bei jeder kleinen Bewegung laut gequietscht. Das Zimmer ist sehr ringhörig. Es hat sehr viele Moskitos und Ungeziefer (weil es direkt in einem Pinienwald liegt). Das Hotel liegt abgelegen und man braucht zwingend ein Mietauto. Es gibt keine Restaurants oder Shops in Gehdistanz. Am Swimmingpool dürfen keine selber mitgebrachten Sachen konsumiert werden, sondern müssen zwingend an der kleinen Bar gekauft werden. Positiv ist, dass es zu jedem Zimmer einen kleinen Balkon gibt und dass der Swimminpool-Bereich klein aber ansprechend aussieht.

Schon zum zweiten mal da, Einfach perfekt! Keine Kinder oder beteunkene Jungendliche, fast ausschließlich Paare, die einfach mal abschalten wollen und perfekte Erholung wiedererlangen wollen. Das beste sind die Gastgeber, die einen wie Familie behandeln!

Daar het een kleinschalig hotel is heb je sneller contact met de andere hotelgasten. Het heeft een goed groot zwembad met aangename ligbedden. Het ontbijt wordt aan je tafel bezorgd wat heel aangenaam is, maar is iedere dag hetzelfde. Ze hebben een hele leuke Griekse avond 1 keer in de week. De kamer is net, maar het matras is van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Het eten dat je er kunt bestellen is erg lekker. Het bier is erg duur, in de stad betaal je een 1,8 euro wat hier 3,5 euro is. Dit is jammer want zo ga je veel minder consumeren.

Séjour un peu décevant
Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique, beau jardin, belle piscine, les extérieurs sont vraiment chouettes. Par contre en ce qui concerne la chambre, elle est un peu petite et on y retrouve qu'une seule prise de courant, difficile quand on sait qu'on ne peut faire charger ses appareils électriques seulement quand nous y sommes dedans. La salle de bain était peu pratique, un simple rideau de douche trop court, donc il y avait constamment de l'eau partout à terre. Concernant le petit déjeuner nous avons été très déçus, la même chose nous était servi chaque jour : 3 tranches de jambon reconstitué tout gluant, du fromage sans goût, un café/thé en sachet, une demi pêche en conserve, 2 toasts grillés, un oeuf cuit dur, un jus en boîte hyper sucré et écœurant, des mini pots de confiture/miel/choco/beurre ainsi que du yaourt à la grecque (sûrement le seul truc local). C'est d'autant plus décevant quand on sait que les fruits frais, fromages, pains, ... locaux ne coûtent quasiment rien et sont de très bonne qualité sur place ! Puis en ce qui concerne la sympathie de la famille, on repassera... Durant le séjour, nous nous sommes pris plein de vents ! Peut-être nous répondait-il une fois sur 5 à nos bonjours et au revoir, même quand ceux-ci étaient prononcés en grec.

Kaunis ja rauhallinen perheen pyörittämä hotelli. Pariskuntien suosiossa, joten ei ollut juhlivaa nuorisoporukkaa tai riehuvia lapsia. Todella siistiä ja paikat tiptop kunnossa, ainoastaan ilmastointi reistaili mutta sekin korjattiin nopsaan. Henkilökunta iloista ja palvelualtista, hyvin onnistui englannilla jutustelu. Lähellä palveluita, mutta auto tai skootteri melkein ehdoton liikkumiseen. Hotelli sijaitsee n. 1km päästä palveluista mutta tie on vilkas ja hankala kävellä, erityisesti pimeällä. Vilkkaan tien äänet kuului huoneisiin mutta meitä se ei häirinnyt liiaksi. Hotellillla myös oma pieni ravintola, omistajamamman kotiruokaa tarjolla :) Aamupala oli riittävä, pöytiintarjoiluna peruspaahtikset, kahvia ja jogurttia. Suosittelen paikkaa rauhaa hakeville aktiivisille pariskunnille!

Oase der Ruhe
Kleines süsses familiengeführtes Hotel, ein Stück weit weg vom Trubel Richtung Berge aber trotzdem noch in Laufnähe zum Strand. Wir wurden bereits bei der Ankunft am Morgen sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Man kann dort sehr reichlich (für griechische Verhältnisse) frühstücken und abends kann man sich ebenso etwas zubereiten lassen. Wir können das Omelette wärmstens empfehlen! Unser Zimmer war sauber und spartanisch eingerichtet mit einem gemütlichen Balkon. Das einzige, wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür kann, waren die ganzen Mücken und Wespen (Ende September) Wir können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

I love it, second time we came back there in the same year. I love the hotel, i love the staff, i love the arts! Its so silent there.. but you are so fast at the main street with bars and restaurants. I will come back next year!

The owners (Antonio and his wife) are adorable, every morning we had a huge and really good breakfast. Close to the beach and big swimming pool not too crowded. The road is a bit dangerous, especially at night, to get to the beach or the bus station by foot (but we survived). Would definitely come back !!

Geweldig kleinschalig hotel!
Wat een geweldige week hebben wij gehad in dit hotel. Een ontzettend lieve, behulpzame man en vrouw op leeftijd runnen dit hotel samen met hun zoon en dochter. Ze doen werkelijk alles voor je en helpen je overal bij. De kamers waren erg schoon en netjes en ook het zwembad met heerlijke ligbedden was super! Wij gaan hier zeker terugkomen!

Un posto incantevole con molte pecche però
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, mi sono sentito come se fossi a casa di parenti amorevoli. Colazione fantastica e piscina piccola ma molto bella. È con la morte nel cuore che devo purtroppo riportare alcune pecche imperdonabili: aria condizionata fuori uso (mai riparata nonostante le ripetute richieste), finestra del bagno bloccata, zanzare insensibili a ogni forma di insetticida o repellente, strada limitrofa super rumorosa ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. Detto questo, ho passato nel complesso un bel soggiorno, solo ed esclusivamente per la gentilezza di Andonis e la sua famiglia.

Nous avons réservé cet établissement après le visionnage des photos montrant un environnement calme, et surtout naturel. C'est effectivement ce que nous avons trouvé mais pas que...Quelle hospitalité !! Du premier au dernier jour, le propriétaire et sa famille nous ont apporté aide, bonne humeur et surtout beaucoup d'amour. En une phrase, nous sommes arrivés dans un hôtel, nous avons quitté une maison.

O hotel tem alguns defeitos, não fornece toalha de praia, não fornece shampoo, não tem TV no quarto, o café da manhã é razoável. A localização é boa para quem está de carro, embora seja difícil localizar o hotel na chegada pois não tem nenhuma placa nem nome na frente do hotel.

Piccolo hotel a pochi km dall'aeroporto, curato e ben tenuto, personale molto disponibile e gentile. Pulizia generale buona...aree comuni molto curate e pulite...camere non tanto grosse ma complete di condizionatore, bagno e balcone. Pulizie giornaliere e cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Posizione comoda per partire alla ricerca dei posti più belli di Rodi e al tempo stesso se si vuole uscire a piedi, in 5 minuti si è su ana via trafficata con ristoranti, locali e negozi.
