I felt at home. The hotel was clean, had a traditional style with a calm atmosphere. The highlight was the location in the town of Kos. Staff were all so friendly, welcoming and glad to help. This was my first time in Kos, and this would be my first choice for accommodation for any future trips.

I had a fantastic stay at Phaethon, the facilities and staff were wonderful. Family friendly, clean, and quiet. Walking diatance from Kos town & bay. Thanks again to Mustafar, Lisbet, and Fay for your friendly and loving hospitality. Thomas.

Lovely staff, centrally located. It's rather tired and facilities limited (no kettle for example, thin walls) but value for money. I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. Room was clean and staff were friendly. We recommend the place and are willing to visit it again.

Hotel is clean but a bit outdated in its decor. Our bathroom was very small & felt a bot claustrophobic. However the staff were brilliant, very friendly & helpful. They allowed us to check in early on arrival & offered us the use of a shower at the end of the day before we had to take the ferry back

The price was right and I would recommend !!
Convenient location. The hotel is not new, but is well-kept. The rooms in the front have a balcony looking out over in archaeological Park. Trees . The beds are comfortable. The best part of the experience what’s the staff. The cleaning ladies were friendly and efficient, and the ladies behind the reception desk Went above and beyond being helpful and accommodating.

This hotel is the definition of good value for money. It is in the center of Kos, within walking distance for most bars and restaurants in Kos Town. Also, the room was very clean with airconditioning and the staff was very helpful and attentive.

It is a great place to stay. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever come across I would say. Also, the location is very close to the down town and a few-minute walk to the beaches. Highly recommended!

The place was what I expected exactly: budget clean room close to the town centre. The shower is a bit small as some others have mentioned, but I did not find that annoying really. The staff was cooperative and always happy to answer. The only downside is that being on the side of a road makes it a bit noisy during late hours due to vehicles.

Kos during earthquake
We travelled to Kos the night of the earthquake. We was in the room at the time of the earthquake and jumped from the balcony. We spent the whole night morning outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful especially a young man called George. Once the earthquake stopped he went inside the hotel and brought us guest chairs, water and my personal belongings such as passport and money. Despite the aftershocks continuing the staff remained calm. The owner of the hotel also came and sat with us outside until the morning. Thankfully Our hotel was not affected by the earthquake but nearby hotels had large cracks and damage to them. Despite the earthquake Kos is a great place to visit the people are lovely and the food is great.

Ligt dicht bij het oude centrum van Kos-stad. ( /- 5 min lopen) en bij de haven ( /- 10 min lopen) Zeer Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hotel & kamer ziet er netjes/schoon ui.

Konumu ve fiyatı çok iyi idi. Çok temizdi. Fakat duşakabini hayatımda gördüğüm en küçük duşakabindi. Eğer biraz kiloloysanız duş yapabilmeniz çok zor olur🙂Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok güleryüzlü, kibar ve yardımseverdi.

Personeel was heel aardig. Elke dag werd de kamer netjes schoon gemaakt. Door de " harde" materialen waarmee de gangen gemaakt waren klonk met name in de nacht het openen en dichtdoen van de kamerdeuren vrij hard.
