Had some complimentary drinks on arrival, didn’t really feel any sense welcome when we got there the reception guys just stared at us as we walked to them lol . Anyways the guy that came with the drinks did seem welcoming came with refreshment towels too. Check in was smooth, room was alright just a big stain by the relaxing chair and also some clothes from upstairs balcony in the pool. The stuff quickly assisted with that. Pool bar had a variety of drinks , good selection of breakfast. Kinda hard to find parking but can’t fault this Hotel. It was good.

Kairaba is an upscale and comfortable property. There is a vast array of cuisine and exceptional desserts, gelato and Greek sweets, however, the meats (beef, lamb, rabbit) tended to be highly salted and unpalatable. The food and beverage team, including all wait staff and bartenders, were professional, engaging and hospitable. Nightly entertainment - live band, violinist, saxophinist, were fantastic. Pity that there was no traditional Greek song and dance. Pools were fantastic looking, but constantly full of sunbathers. Drinks at the pool bar were unimpressive and watery, but afternoon sandwiches were nice. Guests should be aware that the private beach is a pebble stoned cove, which has to be accessed by a footbridge. Access and bathing are difficult and might be challenging for children and the elderly. The hotel location itself is also far removed from Corfu Town and the tour sites, so be prepared to hire/rent a car or be confined to the quiet surroundings of the fishing village. It was disappointing that little effort was made to honour our Orbitz Platinum VIP status and benefits, so no early check-in, no room upgrade and no welcome gift/bottle of wine. Thankfully, Vangelis the manager intervened to arrange a late check-out for our evening flight after much negotiating with the front desk. Hotel is high end, but also high traffic/volume, which means a less attentive and personalised experience. Still a beautiful establishment with wonderful scenery, views and dining staff.

If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not it for a multitude of reasons. A good 4 star though. Staff are very nice and friendly.

I’m going to recommend that people of color not stay here. The staff was very clearly more amenable and available to non POC guests. My rooms furniture was dirty and the terrace door was off the hinges. I’ll never go back.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. We arrived off the ferry from Italy at 7.15 am after a horrid crossing and the hotel receptionist went out of her way to allocate us a room way earlier than check in, for which we shall be eternally grateful. Buffet meals fabulous, pool areas lovely (although after 6 days the ‘muzak’ played on repeat made me want to boil my ear drums!) and our sea-view room was stunning. You can organise trips through the hotel if you get itchy feet like us, and there is a wonderful liitle restaurant just along the road which is open all day (Boukari Beach) plus a mini supermarket and atm. Overall we had a fabulous time.

Lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are really polite and always happy to help you. The 2 pools and beach are nice places to relax. The bars serve a wide range of drinks and service is quick. In the main restaurant the food is a good standard for an all inclusive hotel. The Pool restaurant is excellent. Our sea view room was excellent. Amazing AC and view. The resort is clean and maintained to a high standard. For 5 days relaxing away, this hotel was perfect if you want to just chill and relax. There are excursions and trips available at the hotel and locally. There are some small local bars and restaurants local too. Overall, an excellent stay.

Everything about this hotel feels like a con. Ignore the five star hotel rating and the 10/10 reviews. This is an aging hotel with poor facilities and an all inclusive offering that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Despite emailing in advance the hotel won’t let you book the ‘specialty’ rooftop restaurant until you arrive and then there’s a three-day wait. Also this restaurant isn’t included in the all inclusive option. You can only eat from the mass canteen or the pool side bar for free. Even then, any decent options have to be still paid for at a ‘discounted rate’ for all inclusive guests. The drink options are similar - discounted prices for all inclusive guests, the free options being very basic and poor quality. We are at the local tavernas in the end which was much better. While the reception staff were cold bordering on rude, the hotel’s saving grace is its serving staff who are lovely. Even the one who threw a full pint of Pepsi over me at dinner.

We had a great time, the welcome we received was very warm, room and bathroom was nice, plunge pool was good. Advertised as a Queen bed, but it was 2 singles pushed together. Staff were all lovely, although when I needed help from them I had to wait several hours, and then chase for it (mini bar was not refilled twice, and our door card stopped working). Katerina on the lobby bar was fantastic. Our favourite member of staff. Loved the infinity pools, the cold food in the main restaurant was really good especially the amazing salads, breakfast was great too, lunch and dinner hot food was not all as nice unfortunately. Lunch food at the beach bar was good, service good and friendly too, except once when we didn't get the food as we'd asked for it. Disappointed with the a la carte meal. Drinks at the bars were satisfactory except on the roof top terrace, where house cocktails were watery, and premium cocktails (additional charge) were tiny. I Don't mind paying extra for top quality, but they're not top quality. Great service booking a hire car. All in all a good hotel, we'd go back, and would recommend

The first room we were offered was not properly clean. The bed was covered in hair and underneath the bedsheet it was disgusting. The towels were stained and the curtains had holes in it and mould. We requested another room but the hotel staff including the manager didn’t seem to care. The hotel overall was pleasant but all the decor was low quality and chipped. We couldn’t turn the shower on easily and the fixture was rusted. After the second night we found cockroaches on the floor. Overall far away from a 5 star hotel. To be avoided.

This was a lovely, all inclusive adults only hotel which suited us well. Unfortunately, our arrival did not go smoothly and we were quite disappointed with the inefficient check in which took over 40 minutes but after that, things were much better, We enjoyed the food, the wine and beer and certainly lots of warm sunshine. On check out, we were given a room to shower in before our afternoon departure so I think the hotel redeemed itself adequately. The air conditioning in the room was certainly efficient and very welcome!

The staff were second to none. Ive never felt more welcome at a hotel before. They were all so friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The hotel itself was very good too. Our room was excellent and the private pool was an amazing addition. The all-inclusive buffet was great. The selection was wide and diverse and the quality was some of the best I've had from a buffet. Though the location was remote it was pretty being right on the sea front. Reception was willing to phone taxis to get us to other locations quite quickly too. I wish the night-time bar area was bigger and perhaps provided different forms of entertainment. We'd like to mention in particular Sofia who served us in the buffet restaurant. She was so helpful and really made us feel comfortable. We were so lucky to have her. And Ria on reception who always sorted us out with a smile, whether it be a taxi or late check-out. She was great too and deserved all the coffee in the world!

Great hotel would recommend staying. The staff were great, especially akis at the rooftop. He was very attentive and kind and made sure I was always taken care of. Also Julia, Alex, Voula, Christine, Nicholas were all great during my stay.

Upon arrival at Kairaba Mythos Palace I was stunned at the lobby! The photos shown for the property really do not do the site justice!! I really surprised at the grandness of it all. I was handed a glass of sweet sparkling wine with a kumquat in it and told that it would be a moment for my check in. I was given a cool towel to freshen with while I waited. I recall thinking, “Whoa … I did not pay for all of this, am I in the wrong hotel?”. It was beautiful decorated like a real palace with beautiful mosaics on the walls. Peppy music from the “Great Gatsby” era played. The staff seemed genuinely warm and welcoming to a new comer. My luggage was taken to storage by Fotis, a gentle giant. More on him in a bit. Very soon was I to learn that paradise has an address and somehow I was given the address: Kairaba Mythos Palace was it. It was after 9:30 pm and I was soon to learn that dinner ended at 9:30 pm. Believing I had reserved an “all inclusive” reservation, I asked if I could still get dinner. The representative at the desk, Sotiria, made a phone call and spoke to someone in Greek. This woman was so kind and caring, I decided I must call her a friend. The most handsome man I have ever met appeared in a tie and she said that he would help me. The good: beautiful views and nice pool areas, friendly staff, lovely big rooms. The not so good: all inclusive a bit misleading, we were told when we arrived we got a meal at the restaurant once during our stay, when we tried to book it they said it’s only if you’re staying for a week, which wasn’t made clear anywhere. The all inclusive food was not great, though lots of choice it was very salty. The buffet restaurant is very brightly lit so not a great environment for a nice evening meal. And it’s not possible to take food off site if you want to go out for the day. The indoor pool was not heated so not usable (apparently was broken) but also the spa area is in the lobby so feels quite busy and not very relaxing. All inclusive soft drinks options are not great; all very sweet and nothing very fresh. If you have amazing weather then these things are probably not big issues, unfortunately we had a lot of rain so spent more time indoors than we had hoped to.

The hotel was decent for the price we paid. It had almost everything we needed but of BASIC quality. The layout of the hotel is really gorgeous, both pools were lovely also. The dining area was decorated nicely and was very visually appealing. The food was very hit and miss, some days it would be great and others there was minimal choice. I feel like they try and do too much in terms of themed nights for food and could have done with more Greek food, after all we have chosen to go to a Greek island. Overall I enjoyed the stay, it’s good value for money. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. It was a very welcoming place. It was clean in general but sun loungers were very dirty and the pool towels they provided often came stained and poor quality. However, the other areas of the hotel were clean and pleasant. When cleaners were doing the room they often left dirty shoe prints from walking over the areas they mopped which i ended up cleaning myself fairly often. I would recommend staying here as it is good value and a very welcoming place, however I don’t believe it should be a four star hotel.

Amazing staff, especially the night receptionist. Didn’t catch his name but the gentleman added to the experience and assisted wherever possible. 5* all around. Small beaches locally but I would not suggest walking any further. The staff suggested Me and my partner rented a quad that got dropped off at the front door of the hotel. We managed to see the whole island in one day and dropped it back off to the hotel. One road connects everything along the coast so you if you’re planning on going into the city then be prepared to walk for long periods or pay €60 minimum for a taxi. Our quad was €80 for the day and we managed to do the same trip multiple times a day.

Let me start by saying that this is absolutely NOT a 5 star resort, they may of got around ticking certain boxes that allows them to be but it is absolutely not. Firstly, they have a severe wasp problem - as someone who is allergic, it was severely stressful, not being able to eat outside at any point because you were hounded by wasps and their only resolution was to burn coffee grains in a pot near your table which smokes you out! Speaking of eating - the ‘all inclusive’ is extremely limited, the ‘cocktail’ selection includes NO ‘classic cocktails’ unless you want to pay an extra amount at only specific bars - the all inclusive bar by the pool didn’t even have fresh lemon or lime for drinks most of the time - as for the all inclusive wine, the only option is their local, if you want a nice wine you again have to pay! So the very small selection of drinks is extremely poor and poor quality. As for the all inclusive buffet - breakfast was the best out of each sitting, the lunch and dinner isn’t great at all, although themed each night it’s extremely basic and very salty/brown food other than the salad bar which is probably the best part! Majority of the staff are RUDE and unhelpful, constantly rolling eyes and extremely uninterested, it felt like they do the ‘all inclusive’ so they don’t have to offer a proper service or care, which is a shame and made us feel awkward at times I will say there was a handful of the male staff which were lovely! Can’t add more….
