Unbelievable view and a very walkable location. Staff was friendly and helpful with booking taxi/rental/etc. Breakfast was pretty good as well. One of downfalls was the air conditioning in the maisonette room did not do a great job of cooling the upstairs where the bed was, while the downstairs was frigid. This was in low high 60 - low 70 degree temps outside even. Bed was not particularly comfortable nor were pillows, however, that was our own doing as the hotel offers a pillow “menu” that we did not use. All in all I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful hotel and location
We loved our stay. The bed was so comfortable and they had a pillow menu incase you didn’t prefer the hotel pillows. Hot tub got really hot. Everything was very clean. Amazing views. Quick walk from town.

The staff were so helpful and kind. The bed was a Coco Mat and my husband and I genuinely got the best sleep of our lives. It was a short walk from the port and to lots of amazing restaurants. The views from the room are just incredible. Absolutely perfect stay!

Fantastic view and staff.
You couldn’t ask for a better view and easy walk to town. The staff were excellent. Extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast included was very good and upon request brought to our room each morning. We were rather disappointed with the bed. Not very comfy and the sheets were so thin and uncomfortable. Good quality sheets makes all the difference for a good sleep. Also, small point but no toilet paper holder which was an annoyance.For these things that could be upgraded I believe would take it to a 4 star.

I was blown away by this hotel. Sitting high above the sea overlooking the Aegean and the town of Naxos but yet within walking distance of everything you could want. Maria and Dina couldn't have been more helpful, sweet and kind. Our room was stunning on the ground floor right by the pool. Kept pinching myself every morning as I couldn't believe this was what I got to wake up to. Absolutely no complaints.

We had an incredible time. The property is beautiful and has an incredible view. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We really loved our balcony and enjoying the pool at the end of the day. The staff was very welcoming and ready to help us with whatever we needed. We also really appreciated the included breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Thank you

This was a really memorable property. It’s within walking distance of the old town, and directly on the waterfront, with an outstanding view including the Portara. The staff was perfect. The rooms were very satisfying architecturally and in terms of comfort. The pool was small, clean, and positioned with a view of the Aegean and neighboring islands spanning nearly pi radians.

Quiet, stunning hotel with amazing views
Stunning, quiet hotel with an incredible view of the Portara and the sea and a quick walk to the town center and the port. The rooms are arranged in such a way that every room's outside space is private. The hotel was sparkling clean, extremely stylish and had great service! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view overlooking the town
The hotel and room were beautiful but like all boutique hotels it was not practical- the towels were kept in the bedroom - no where to hang them in the shower area- no hooks The 2 lounger chairs in the photograph were not available and there was no other outside seating other than sitting on top of the pool area. Even though the hotel was classed as "suites" it was nice that there was a reception area with people to talk to. The hotel was situated on a hill about a 10 minute from the centre of town but it was a pleasant and safe walk.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, bar none. The service was amazing from start to finish. Breakfast was served each morning on my patio and it was delicious every day. The views of the portera can’t be beaten. If I return to Naxos I’d never stay anywhere else.

Excelente estadia.
O hotel é bem localizado. Na frente tem uma rua que você pode estacionar sem custo. Os quartos tem varanda para o por do sol. A piscina não dar para usar. Não é aquecida e mesmo em setembro não consegui entrar. Funcionários muito solícitos e todas as dicas que deram de passeios e restaurantes foram perfeitas.

Das Hotel punktet bei uns lediglich bei der fast einzigartigen Sicht in Naxos (auf die Portara) und bei der Freundlichkeit von dem lieben Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Wir haben zwar direkt bei Ankunft ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, aber leider sind einige Dinge in dem Hotel stark abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig (Badezimmer bzw. Dusche, die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind verrostet, die Farbe an den Türen sind abgeblättert und die Beschläge verrostet usw. Wir sind jetzt nicht sehr pingelig aber diese Kleinigkeiten haben das Erscheinungsbild doch verschlechtert. Das Frühstück war mäßig. Es ist zwar Corona-Zeit und dadurch ein kleines Angebot verfügbar, aber dennoch empfanden wir die Auswahl als sehr einfach gehalten. Es gibt z.B. nur normales Toastbrot. Aber der Service war dennoch sehr bemüht und immer sehr freundlich. Ebenfalls ein Minuspunkt ist, dass die Rezeption nur von 8-14 und dann von 18-20 besetzt ist, weshalb man sich stets bei Bedürfnissen darauf abstimmen muss. Das Zlmmer wird aufgrund von angeblichen Corona-Maßnahmen nur auf Anfrage gesäubert und ist im Ganzen auch verbesserungswürdig. Dennoch ist das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet, aber halt mit Abstrichen. Die Aussicht und die strategische Lage (ca. 10 Minuten vom Hafen) sind sehr gut. Für die erwähnten Minuspunkte finde ich das Hotel vom Preis her bisschen zu teuer aber noch im Rahmen. Der Pool wird täglich gesäubert und auch so ist die Anlage sauber.Großes Lob nochmal an das Team!
