Dear 642pilij, Thanks for taking the time to write your comments about our hotel. Frankly, we are very unhappy, the whole team of the hotel, for the fact that you describe these comments. All our customers congratulate us on how friendly and helpful are the colleagues of the hotel to all our customers and how eager they are to give solutions and make the stay of our customers as pleasant and comfortable as possible. All Reception staff are conscious of hospitality and offer our customers the services necessary for a 4 star hotel. About the food we have always the best comments from all our clients. Concerning the noiseof your neighbors room, I send the Front office manager and she was for 10 minutes out of the room, and she heard nothing. We hope that on your next visit to our Island to give us the opportunity to offer you the authentic Greek hospitality that we always offer to our customers.

Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on expedia after your recent stay with us. Although we are delighted you found our resort peaceful and quiet, I was surprised to learn that some aspects of your staying, like children's activities, didn't meet your expectation. Please allow me to mention, that our hotel obtains a chilldren playground, children pool and a mini club which operates daily from 10:00-18:00. During its operation kids are drawing, playing cards, chess and many other games. Concerning children's animation program, our animation team organizes on a daily basis Mini-disco at 20:30, angry balloons game, crazy balls game, mini bawling and many other activities, like dancing, water polo etc. Nevertheless, all our guests comments are taken seriously and we examine them in detail. We do hope to have the pleasure and opportunity of welcoming you back to Hydramis Palace in the future, as we would welcome the opportunity to regain your confidence in our service.
