Amazing breakfast, customer service and hospitality from this hotel! We absolutely loved the private hot tub and the view that accompanied it. The restaurant for this hotel is also great and offers a discount but it fills up quick at sunset so definitely secure a spot early. The location is pretty central although there are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind. I would come here again in a heartbeat.

Wow. Amazing stay. Gorgeous modern room with a private hot (great temperature) tub. Right in the heart of the best part of the best town (Fira) on the island! We watched the cable car and donkeys from our balcony that overlooked the caldera and all the boats, cruise ships and sunset (May). We did an afternoon trip to Oia which was wonderful. However, we loved getting back to our wonderful accommodation! The provided morning breakfast was sensational. Hot, delicious and plentiful! We let Dimos know that we were going to have our celebration anniversary dinner at the restaurant and we were treated like dear old friends with not one, but two choices of a reserved tables each in a perfect spot and service that was many times over-the-top par excellence! We haven’t felt this good about any dining experience we’ve had in many years! Thank you Dimos and to all the staff that made our stay sensational! The accommodation, restaurant, Fira town day and night was everything we hoped and dreamed it would be!

This hotel has amazing views. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our hot tub with some wine. The restaurant right above the hotel is amazing. Right in the heart of Fira with countless restaurants and shops just steps from the hotel. Customer service was excellent. We felt like royalty staying here. Breakfast served to us on our balcony was superb. Dimos went above and beyond, leaving us food for our early start the next morning and always being so friendly. This is definitely the place to stay in Santorini, hands down. Worth every penny.

The staff makes it the best. The view is fantastic, the hot tub clean and very romantic to be in after a day walking around or dancing at the bars. But the staff is really exceptional. The maid is the most meticulous keeping the place clean of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Yassas!

The staff were excellent in this smaller accommodation (5) suites. Very helpful in bringing baggage to the room as Fira is very steep. In addition the breakfast being se3to the room, the restaurant had some wonderful food at reasonable prices. We were treated very well and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Spectacular staff, fantastic room with hot tub and amazing views made this a trip of a lifetime. Any request we had was handled immediately. The daily breakfast brought to our patio was always delicious and a nice treat. We hope to return! The restaurant below was also very good with amazing views.

I had missed the fact that the hotel is in a walking zone only area and that the hotel was on the face of a cliff. So from Pick up at the shuttle drop off till the return pick up, the service from Fanari was superb! The suite room with jacuzzi was awesome. It was actually a cave room that was modernized Greek style. An over all great place to be in the central town. walkable to everything. Would definitely recommend this place. Plus dining in the Fanari restaurant was made more affordable with a 20% off for guests staying with them. Food of course was great too.

We spent four nights at Fanari Vista suites and I can assure you it's the best hospitality I've ever experienced from all the staff. From reception to restaurant experience, morning breakfast, luggage carrying, house cleaning and everything in between, this establishment is second to none and we will definitely be back. Very special mention goes to Dimos (you sir are a super human ❤️) as he was there every morning cooking/serving breakfast to our table overlooking the spectacular view, serving us in the restaurant for dinner till late, carrying our luggage and always with a smile on his face and good conversation to make our stay the best we've ever experienced. Perfect Fira Getaway
We are extremely happy we chose this location for our time in Santorini. The room was exceptionally clean, with new and highly functional appliances. We booked the junior suite and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the patio. The location was close to the bus terminal and the Fira shopping areas and the sunset view was stunning (particularly since our private patio allowed us to avoid the crowds). Our hosts went out of the way to take care of us and made sure that our trip was everything we wanted it to be. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Fira.

Dora is busy at night, but Fanari was a little piece of heaven down the steps from the craziness. We had breakfast looking out over the gorgeous views and ordered dinner from the restaurant attached which they delivered to us while we soaked in our hot tub enjoying a bottle wine. Highly recommend, the staff was amazing and super accommodating!

Beautiful view, balcony & hot tub! It is on top of a hill with many steps, so you do need to be in good shape. There is a donkey ride to town (600 steps down)where you can go on a bus tour, restaurants & shops. There is a cable car also up

We stayed here in Oct. 2022. Property was amazing. Very small resort i think only 5 suites. Staff was amazing knew us by name, Mary at front desk was first class. By far the best location in Santorini. Our room (as well as the other 5) was right at the top of the famous stairs, with completely unobstructed views of the sea. Sit right in your hot tub having a beer and watching the cruise ships. Restaurant on property is amazing, food, service, and location directly on top of the resort with unbelievable views. You can walk out of your suite and everything from shopping, restaurants, pubs and rentals was right there. Would def. stay there again if going back.

Mary was a great host. She was there for us whenever the need. She arranged to a young man too come and meet us when we arrived and he carries our luggage to the hotel. She also had him deliver luggage to transportation when we left. She arrange a great tour for us and even walked us to tour pickup. She was outstanding in every way.

One of the best and most memorable stays I’ve ever had. Through our 3 week Europe trip, this stay was our best. Have stayed in Santorini in the past, and I recommend Fanari Vista Suites the most. The caldera view from the balcony (and the restaurant above, which the property provided a well worth discount), the beautiful room, the central location in Fira, and the fun hot tub are amazing. What made it most memorable was the staff. They truly are the most pleasant and friendliest I’ve met. They go above and beyond, and words can’t describe how excellent they’ve treated my wife and I. Dora and Sonny are superheroes in my book. They felt like family at the end of our trip. Fanari Vista Suites is a special place to stay and I will return here when I visit Santorini again.

A wonderful hotel with a limited number of suites that allowed for the staff to get to know you by name. We were welcomed by the hotel manager, Dora, who escorted us to our suite that was two rooms that included a living room with a sofa, sweet and salty snacks, and two large bottles of cold spring water. She offered us each a glass of wine on the house which we accepted and she had promptly bought to our suite. The suite included our own veranda/patio area with two chairs and a small table and two lounge chairs for sunbathing with a breathtaking view of the bay and caldera with its islands. Plus, also on the veranda/patio area, our own jacuzzi. They also have a restaurant by the same name with a top-notch chef. Best to call the hotel to arrange transit that will bring to about 300 meters (1000 feet) to the hotel because they are right in the middle of the pedestrian area. But Dora sent a staff member ("Superman" Sonny) who helped us with our suitcases and escorted us to reception. Our stay was truly a wonderful five star experience.

We just returned from a 2 1/2 week trip around Greece and Fanari Vista Suites was by far our favorite hotel! Dora and Soni and simply amazing! The rooms are spacious and the private hot tubs are the best! The view over the caldera and the donkeys below make this the perfect hotel!

the property has a great location with great views all around. The staff was excellent and very responsive. The suite was wonderful and kept very clean. We had a great time. The only thing to be aware of is the "donkey trail" is just below the suites and there are times the odor can be very strong and will bother you. The suites would be a 10 if not for the donkey trail being located just below.

Look no further!
If you're looking at places to stay in Santorini, just go ahead and book this right now. The most gorgeous, breathtaking views I've ever experienced. No fighting through crowds to witness the infamous Santorini sunsets. Just a bottle of wine and your private balcony Jacuzzi to soak it all in. Stavroula was incredible-- she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. She even arranged a sunset cruise for us and handled all of the details so we could just show up and enjoy. The made-to-order breakfast every morning was absolutely wonderful. It was delivered between 9-10 am, so we had the chance to sleep in and still enjoy via our balcony each morning. Soni was also awesome--delivering our delicious meals complete with fresh oj and handmade cappuccinos promptly each day. To top it all off, our room was immaculately cleaned every day so when we returned for an afternoon siesta all was refreshed. The mini fridge was replenished daily with free waters, soda, and snacks, which made travelling throughout the day that much easier. The only cons I will say, which are not any fault of the hotel, is that it is located directly above the donkey station that takes tourists up and down the stairs to the port, so it can be a little smelly and noisy from time to time. Also not awesome that you're a little inundated by people from cruise ships multiple times a day, but such is the way of the island.
