The hotel has vintage charm with amazing views over the beautiful Paleokastritsa, within walking distance to many beaches, bars, shops and restaurants Every member of staff are friendly and always professional. The rooms were clean with good facilities . Pauli is a wonderful energetic entertainment coordinator. Breakfast was delicious so much choice, with homemade pastries everyday. We will be back for sure. Thank you for our wonderful stay .

Great views
Really nice hotel. Great views from the balcony and windows at breakfast. Has 2 good swimming pools, friendly and helpful staff. Only real complaint would be the Wi-Fi was a bit rubbish in our room. Read a few reviews before booking saying the breakfast was horrible and things like that. Not sure what they’re complaining about. At breakfast we had a good selection of hot and cold foods to choose from. Didn’t have dinner so as we like to go out. I’d recommend the hotel to a friend.

Beautiful place
The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent. We had a patio with a pool and a beautiful view, but the service really impacted our stay. We were left with an uncleaned room on a very long adventure day, so when we got all the way to our room on the 7th floor at 12:30 at night, I had to go all the way back to the service desk for clean towels because no one had been there during the day. My family asked for things they never got either. Service was not great, but everything else was.

I booked the private luxury villa, which was amazing to have our own private pool overlooking the ocean. The breakfast buffet was fine with many options as well as plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance (highly recommended Gran Aladino.) The hotel is within walking distance to wonderful beaches and bars. Hotel entertainment during the day as well as at night was great with staff doing their best to make it a memorable experience. I would recommend this property if staying in the area.

We had 2 nights stay by the end of September in one of the bungalows with private pool and amazing view. Overall very good experience the only thing we notice as a must thing to improve is the variety/quality of food they serve there. The hotel 4* status Is supported only by the fact that is placed in a prime location and the people working there that with what they have go above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the reception lady, cleaning lady and the DJ

I really think that the hotel could use some updating in the furniture around the hotel. I also think drapes in the rooms could be better. I really felt like the lobby looked sad compared to such a beautiful setting.

Amazing hotel
Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Amazing views, Food was delicious and all the Staff were super friendly and helpful.....A special thank you to Mr Stamatis at reception for his help and Mr Simos at the restaurant who was always smiling and ready to help! The hotel tries to be a 4 star but ends up being a 3.5 star at the most. My room was spartan and the bathroom small. Food was average (I only ate breakfast in the hotel) Staff always seemed willing to please and find solutions in my interactions with them Would I go again? It wouldn't be my first choice

Everything was excellent except for the animator - fun games were not fun at all, because game rules changed so that the French team could win (first if all, people shouldn't be divided into countries). Pool were clean, bartenders nice, all staff smiling and helpful, views breathtaking!

Nice Place to Stay in Corfu
It's a very pleasant hotel which is very nicely located. 7 min walk away is a beautiful beach, 30 min walk (5 min by car) there is a sandy beach, which seems to be a rare find in Corfu. Everyone at the reception was very friendly, all questions were quickly answered. There is a hotel shop with surprisingly low prices for hats, beach bags, etc. We really enjoyed the food at breakfast (large selection of good quality breakfast food), we also took a couple of dinners (11 euro pp not including drinks) and I really enjoyed both dinners we had. Our double room was simple but had everything needed (we had AC included, fridge was for additional fee but we didn't need it).

So near yet so far....
Hotel badly in need of some lifts that get you to parts of said hotel without feeling you have just scaled the north face of the Eiger! Poor wifi, didn't work at all in our room. Fantastic views, breakfast ok.

The structure of the hotel and the location are not allowed us to change our classical lifts, however we can ensure the safety of our guests as we run technical - operational checks monthly. CNic Paleo ArtNouveau Hotel located on a cliff offering spectacular views to its guests and it’s very difficult even impossible to reach a high speed internet, especially on an island far from city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Paleokastrisa in September. You need to be fit as there are a lot of steps. There are 118 from the road to the hotel reception as one example! The hotel is built into a hill. The only down side I would point out is the cost of drinks at the pool bar if you are not all inclusive. We bought 2 local beers in a plastic cup and 2 lemonades in an even smaller plastic cup and were charged 15€.

We requested them from the front desk and never got them until we returned late and the night front desk man had to bring them up to us. So I had no wifi at all - it might have been my service provider, but be prepared for that if you have US phone - they told me it was 1 euro extra to get it in my room, and still no wifi. I stayed 6 days and it seemed like my room only got cleaned the first day - shower dirty, main floor dirty, there were mysterious long black hairs that I kept finding on all the blankets... the cleaning staff looks terribly overworked and underpaid though so I still tipped them- the hotel just needs to hire more staff...you can only get into the hotel restaurant for breakfast unless you get a nifty wrist band, which I was unaware of til I arrived. Breakfast is kinda rough - I resorted to a bowl of canned pears and peaches and some fresh fruit... if you're vegan, forget about it - salads are covered in feta, and corn and lentils are cooked in butter. On the plus side, you're pretty centrally located with great views all around. A bar right across the street lets has a diving board into the Mediterranean or you can just take the staircase right down, leave your sandals on the rocks, and climb in- easily the highlight of my trip...and there are so many cheap shops you can seriously just bring an empty backpack and buy all the clothes, sandals, swimsuits you'll need when you get there... oh yeah- and mosquitoes... :) have fun :)

Despite the hotel has 4 stars it does not seem that. It doesnt have wi-fi in the rooms and some areas, just in reception. There are lots wasps, even I found one in the breakfast. The breakfast is not very good, there is not toaster for toasts. The food in the dinner was delicious.

Great view. Disappointing stay.
Our booking replaced by Expedia to this hotel rather than chosen by us. Quite tired and in need of tlc. Everything just felt worn out and uncared for. Very poor breakfast, just adding a toaster would have helped!, and fresh fruit rather than tinned which must be cheaper to provide? The views are beautiful, the drive/steps were fine for us but not easy if any mobility concerns. We would return to the area but unfortunately not to this hotel.

Great location, but a very very basic hotel
The staff were friendly and hospitable it is such a shame that the included breakfast was terrible, could not be worse if they tried (eggs hard, rotten fruit, cold crepes and waffles, no toaster and more) Rooms had no amenities, not shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. Towels were not changed often enough and bed linen did not fit the bed! It would be worthwhile the management of this hotel actually having a meal and staying in a room for the night to experience what their guests do!

When you first arrive at the hotel you are greated by stunning views from the top stairs over looking parts of Corfu. Then you take the lift to your room which has got to be the smallest lift in the whole of Europe. The room is Ok not great, you have to pay for the air conditioner and remote for the tv. Then we come to the food which is an absolute disgrace. to get to the beach we had a treacherous walk down the most dangerous stone stairs known to man so much so my six year granddaughter said that they would be the death of her. We did find a gray hotel down the road which had a fantastic swimming pool and a lift to the beach as for their food, the restaurant was open to the public serving great seasonal food at 13.50 euros for a four course meal. I will be defiantly staying at that hotel next time and wish I had heard about it before not quite sure of the name but think it is the akrioti beach hotel.

Spectacular location with beautiful sea views
Was very happy with the location. It was beautiful. The hotel looks lovely from the outside. As people have mentioned before, the area around the lower pool is very smelly from a cesspit nearby and I could also smell this from my terrace. I was on a bed and breakfast basis and breakfast was average. I only ate dinner on one occasion and this was fine. I tended to east out in the evening. The ladies on reception were lovely and helped with any issues. However there was a man who was very rude, carrying on on his computer and ignoring the fact that I was standing there, although he had seen me. Another of his colleagues had to tell him to attend to me!!!! Very unprofessional. Billy is lovely. He was aware I was alone and always made a point of talking to me and asking about my day. I was surprised that I had to pay for tv remote, air conditioning remote and for the use of the fridge. The fridge did not even work for the first two days. The tv lost BBC world news for the last two days and I found this distressing as it was during 'Brexit' and I was really anxious to know what was happening. I could not get any news on my phone or tablet because the hotel WiFi is only available in reception and I could not get a decent enough signal. This is not acceptable in 2016! I got good connection in local tavernas.
