Nice, clean and roomy. Panos the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has great varieties; however the cheffing dishes was not managed: the hot food items were cold. Dinning staffs were not tentative, not cleaning dishes after guests left; because of this lots of guests were using their same dirty plates when going back to get foods.

We chose to stay here in Naxos and although the room had a lot of great things about it, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom DID NOT work. We called the reception desk to ask if they could do something about it on night 1, they said they couldn’t and they would fix it in the morning. We got ZERO sleep and had to sleep with no sheets, minimal clothing. Next night after we came back after visiting town we got to the room and it was still not working and was super hot. They did NOT fix it. The fan would turn, but wouldn’t blow out cold air. The room was sticky, hot and humid. Again no sleep that night either. Went to check out, told the front desk about it….woman went to room and came back and said “seems okay to me.” Yeah okay try sleeping feeling sticky, hot, and sore. I will never stay here again. Manager didn’t do anything to accommodate the inconvenience but made sure to still charge the state tax. Won’t be staying here again. Wish I had a full refund.

Nice hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Great location and easy access to the beach, shopping, dining and tours. Great breakfast offering! Incurred internet issues but they were resolved within a day. Very small shower and bathroom!!!!

We stayed in two rooms. The first two nights we treated ourselves to the rooftop with hot tub. While the room itself was wonderful, as was the space on the private patio, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hot tub, and therefore did not use it. The property was responsive to coming to look at it, and vacuum out sand that was in it, but it was still very cloudy and dirty looking after. We decided it wasn’t worth the risk of sitting in a merky hot tub. This issue therefore made the upgrade we paid for this room, not worth it. The nespresso coffee machine was also not working. We switched to a regular room for our last night. It was a great room, very clean, had a fridge and a kettle to make instant coffee. Nice patio to sit out on. The hotel staff were wonderful, always happy. The breakfast selection and quality/taste of food was great. The location was fantastic, close to beach, shopping and the port and restaurants. We would recommend this property, but would not recommend the upgraded room.

'Boutique' means 'tiny'. Tiny room, tiny bathroom, tiny pool, tiny breakfast space. Great architecture and design. Great great breakfast. V hardworking staff let down only by some reception staff and management. We stayed 4 nights prepaid (mistake). We asked reception 3 times to move us to a room with some daytime shade. This was beyond their capability. Given the work ethic of the other staff, this was disappointing. Occasional cockroach on balcony. I would not stay here again despite many positive points. Reception staff need serious re-training or a fresh employer - sorry.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Convenient location to shopping and many dining options nearby. Shower did not leak into room. Netflix accessible on TV. Cons: Jacuzzi made room very damp. Air conditioner did not operate properly. Safe did not work. Worst sink ever designed and is ruining the wood table it sits upon. Additional charge for use of beach towels. Friendly staff not enough for us to stay here again unfortunately.

The hot tub wasn't balanced and was useable. The first night we went in and when we turned on the jets, brown thick bits of what appeared to be scum from the pipes came out, we had to get out and shower off the bits. We asked the staff to clean it and the next night we opened the lid and there was so much chlorine we couldn't get in. We have a got tub and they should have changed the water instead of shocking it so harshly. We bring our testing stripes with us and the chlorine was so high it was dangerous to go in. My eyes were burning from the lid being off. Additonally, the cleaning staff took our half bottle of wine that was left for the following night even though it was corked and placed on the top of the mini bar fridge. (When we mentioned it, the staff did bring us a small bottle replacement but it was not to our taste as it was an inexpensive rosé) The location was great. The staff were pleasant and friendly. This place could have been wonderful as the space was huge, the room was clean, the view was lovely(little gardens and further out hills and patial sea view), the bed was comfortable and overall Naxos was our favorite spit in the 5 islands we visited. Nest food and don't miss hiking Mount Zas/zeus.

What we liked is that the property was very clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. What we did not like is that we were charged when we used the water bottles that were placed for us in the room small fridge and we were not told about these charges until we checked out. We paid about 10 EURO for 3 small water bottles. The store next door was selling them for less than 1 EURO each. Also, our room was on the first floor right across from an outdoor sitting area for the hotel. People sitting there 3 meters away can see us inside the room and we can hear them talking all day. There was no privacy in that room. The swimming pool is very small, very shallow, and almost never used. There was lots of mosquitos in the room all the time. Beach towel were not provided. They charge 5 EURO per towel if you ask for them.

The property is nice and clean. Very close to the beach and town which was great. Beds were very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a squeaky trampoline. Breakfast was delicious. Absolutely insane they charge 25 euro for a 7 minute ride from the hotel to the airport with their own transport service. If you want to stay here call your own taxi, it’s 15 euro.

Really liked this property. Well maintained, kind staff and great location. My only two notes would be that this would be challenging for guests with disabilities as no elevators but perhaps ground floor accommodations could be specified.

Perfect hotel. Our rooms was great, with a lot of windows, airy and bright. We had a private terrasse with amazing views The common pool was fun with water features, right next to the bar. The hotel is will situated, close to a great beach and restaurants. The room was always clean and well maintained. The breakfast included was delicious with a lot of options, with a great fast big coffee machine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Argo. We are a family of 3 with an 8 year old child. We stayed in the Basic Suite (Orpheus Semi-basement, Steam Bath, Outdoor Hot tub) and it was the perfect amount of space for the 3 of us. Unfortunately, we did not use the outdoor hot tub because the weather was so hot when we were there. It would have been a good option if it was a cold soaking tub. That didn't matter though because we were only about a 5 minute walk away from the lovely Agios Georgios (beach). Far stretching shallow and clear waters with plenty of beach chair service. Argo is conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. Their breakfast buffet was unforgettable. There was a huge variety of delicious items. It was a great start to our day every day. The staff were very friendly and greeted us each day with smiles. Argo is a overall great place to stay.

The hotel was great-the staff were very welcoming and accommodating (especially with our baby). Location was walking distance to a nearby beach (lots of beach bars) and to the Chora. It really was a lovely place to visit and I could not recommend it enough for families. I would rent a car if you want to venture out further around the island. The food on the island was very good and there are lots of options.

My sister and I checked in and then went to our room (no elevators) and 5 mins later checked out and ran. I found a fabulous villa close to Plaka Beach and stayed elsewhere. The room was dirty, old, low ceilings (felt claustrophobic), there was hair on the hair dryer. The terrace was supposed to be sea view. Didn’t see the sea. There appeared to be mildew by what I think was a stained couch. I travel significantly all over and I have never ever left a hotel. I was very kind to management and they would not compensate me for anything. I didn’t want another room as a fix because the whole vibe of the hotel was horrible. Stay away especially since they would not financially compensate me even for a portion of my stay that I paid upfront and in full.

This hotel was not as nice as I thought it was going to be and is definitely not 4*. The pool was covered in dead flies and the loungers were plastic with no cushions, so we couldn’t use it. They also make you pay 5 euros for a beach towel. Breakfast area is tiny and crowded for the amount of guests. Hot food was cold and slimey. The staff were not very welcoming either and I saw them be really rude to some guests. The room itself was clean and ok, but stunk of bleach. The beds are uncomfortable and you only get 1 small pillow each. They are not soundproof and we were woken up at 2am most nights by people in another room. All in all, it was really disappointing and I think we could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer for the price. Good location though. Walkable to the port/chora and very close to the beach!

Lovely small boutique hotel, property spans several small buildings. Engaged and responsive staff. Would benefit from the pool area being more useable. Would encourage more gluten free options at breakfast. The spread was sumptuous for the majority of guests, but minimal for GF people.

This hotel was an easy 15 minute walk from the port. There were lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the beach. The room was a little dated and bare bones but was very clean. The staff was very kind and attentive. We enjoyed the breakfast but the space was a little cramped.

Absolutely loved this cute and quaint boutique hotel. We were just a couple minute walk from the pier with tons of dining and restaurant options. We had a beautiful view of some of the city and the ocean.
