We liked that the property was spacious and brightly coloured. We liked that the property has its own beach and entertainment everyday. Our room was lovely and spacious too. The resort had nice shops (clothing and snacks/basic hygiene products) which was good.

We had a very good experience starting with the ease of parking our hire car and very speedy check in. Our ground floor bungalow room was spacious, well appointed and clean.We were situated just 50 metres from the beach with plenty of recliners and umbrellas. The food in general was both plentiful and varied and of good quality. We also appreciated the entertainment team who were enthusiastic and welcoming.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay but it was our first All Inclusive experience and I dont think I would do it again. The food was not warm enough, and there were so strange options. We love Greece for their hospitality and their food but they didnt do good Greek food. We samlled the Greek themed restaurant but this was not Greek food as we would normally have in the Tavernas. For us i think it was too big and impersonal and the huge dead rat near our apartment didnt help ! The sun loungers and pool bars were tired and unappealing not would i would have expected of a hotel of this rating. The staff in the restaurant's and bars were lovely, especially the main bar. The All Inclusive cocktails were very plain and the coffee machines in the dinning room hardly ever worked for the coffee i wanted.

We had to change two rooms which was on a very bad confldition / water leak all over the place - we ask to check out and get refound - they declined and send us to request compensation from hotel. Com - which is il just going to do next

We booked a suite with a private pool, we actually only got the room at 7pm because the hotel confirmed to those in front of us in the room to check out late, which is without asking us Okay, mistakes happen. The attitude we received from the receptionist called "Maria" was disgusting, not only did she not let us talk she was talking on the phone every second and ignoring our requests .. Makes sense that we will have one anyway instead of 14.00 we only got the room at 19.00. Okay, mistakes happen. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, food and drink was very good and we were very well looked after. The entertainment in the evening was well presented and the entertainment staff didn't stop all day to welcome you and make you feel at home, no matter what language you speak. We had a private pool, so the children spent most of the day playing in it, whilst we read books, joined in or sunbathed.

Enjoyed our stay, staff very friendly and helpful - checkin and bar staff particularly. Pool area was lovely, cleans d quiet. Entertainment was good. Food ok but wouldn’t have liked to eat in the buffet every day. Was a nice environment with fabulous views. Welcome wine and pastries a nice unexpected touch. Although not what you would expect of a 5* I would stay again.

A nice place to stay
The hotel room was lovely and suited our needs beautifully. As for the All inclusive option... I wouldn't bother. The food served was not great in comparison to the local cuisine which was reasonably priced. It seemed difficult to actually benefit from all inclusive as there were a few limitations, however the staff were helpful and approachable. I would suggest exploring the island as theres not much around the hotel itself, but its a lovely place to retire at the end of the day.

Fabulous accommodation, amazing staff, quiet locat
Good points: excellent service, friendly staff, huge rooms and balcony (Junior suite with private pool). Furniture in room and balcony excellent. Massive shower, Jacuzzi bath. Cannot fault the room or balcony. Private swimming pool just the right size and clean. Maid service exceptional. Food was varied, unusual dishes - very continental. Bad points: Resort is cut-off and can be boring when weather is bad (we had rain, thunder, storms and high winds). Bus service from hotel to Rhodes Town takes an hour each way. Taxi is €40. Private pool not heated (which maybe fine in the summer, but the water was freezing for an October break). Our teenage son didn't join in the club activities as this is a French resort and his school-boy French meant he couldn't understand the fast pace instructions and patois of the other French teenagers. All in all. Fabulous accommodation - suitable for quiet relaxation - staff amazingly friendly, helpful, professional and if you like continental food the cuisine is amazing. (My husband and son didn't eat very much! I loved it!).

Apparently, the property has been recently renovated - everything is in good working order and pretty clean. The restaurant staff is very good, housekeeping could be a bit more diligent in cleaning, but in general is doing their job well. The food in the main restaurant is good, the themed restaurants are even better. We felt very welcome and had a nice vacation. We are considering going there again in the future.

Nice hotel on the beach
We arrived at the hotel around 22.00hrs and was given a refreshing cold drink the reception lady on duty was very nice. We booked a bungerlow with garden view. We where taken to our room and Without reliseing at first we had been upgraded to a room with our own pool. There was a bottle of wine and food on our table for us. We went outside and to see we had a private pool and on the see front. When we got up in the morning we couldn’t believe how lovely our view was. As we walked around the complex that morning we where very great full for what we had been given, as the bungerlow areas where very built up. The breakfast had something for everyone. The food looked ok but has no idea what it was there was little signs above each dish but none in English. We went and asked about trips out the first time we asked the rep tried to sell us a jeep excursion but as my mum is a lot older it would be no good, we said no and he just got up and walked away, the next day we tried again, the the girl told us they only sort trips for the French so no they can’t help you. This we found extreamly rude. There’s a bus that takes you to main town Rhodes at 10 and comes back 6.30. If you try to get a taxi back it cost 40e we found that some of the younger Greek are quite rude with us brits. We went to the butterfly valley that was lovely. The hotel is basically in the middle of no where, if you want a hotel where all you do is sun bath and eat this is ideal only if you have your own pool.

Not a Luxury/Exclusive Spa hotel
The hotel was neither a 5* luxury or exclusive spa hotel so very dissappointed and wished I had booked somewhere else. Some of the staff were rude and not approachable so not a great customer experience and they didnt appear happy! The air conditioning kept leaking water everywhere and although maintenance came and fixed it they left such a mess. We were told the cleaners would clean and on 2 occasions I had to do it myself.. they painted the wall and ceiling on one visit to fix it with the floor littered with debris and water When checking out the receptionist did not ask about our stay instead pointed us to a room to leave our suitcases until our late flight. We spent the rest of the day on the beach and when asked if we could change somewhere we were rudely told 'NO' not even an offer to change in the ladies or spa... I have been to many spas and this is not a luxury spa by any stretch of the imagination. Overall there were too many little things that need improving to make up for the lack of attention to detail. Which on the surface everything looks ok but is no where near good/excellent let alone exclusive.. unless their version of 5* is different to ours. On the plus side they have 2 pools albeit the poolside furniture needs upgrading. The private beach sandy and stoney are very handy and close. The food and drink were average at the main restaurant & better at Italian & Greek restaurants. The balcony and room were spacious and bathroom with shower clean.

Lovely hotel but boring
This Hotel is a lovely, very quiet, relaxing hotel. The private beach area was ok, the staff tried to keep it clean. There was a snack bar right at the beach where we ate freshly made pizza and also has a fully stocked bar. The evening buffet had a wide variety and did themed meals each day but struggled to keep the trays full and a lot of times we had to wait for them to restock the food. There was no nightlife/entertainment besides the shows the animators put on each evening and they also provided activities during the day but found them selective on who they spoke to as this is a very French orientated hotel as was the animation team so we seemed to get bypassed a lot. Most of the staff were friendly enough, the bar staff you had to work on a bit more to get them to warm up and even smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough but the cleaning staff didn’t restock any tea/coffee or water unless you caught up with them and asked. The hotel is far away from anything and there is 1 bus to and from the hotel to the town each day so hiring a car is a must if you want to go anywhere. The pool areas were nice enough but the sun beds were atrocious. Finding one that wasn’t broken was a chore. All in all we had a nice week. Is it a 5 star? No. Would we go back? Not to this hotel only because of the location and we found we got very bored after a couple days.

The hotel is nicely spread out .. that about all that is nice, Far from being a 5-star hotel by any standard: the equipment is old, the staff is rude and cranky, the gym dilapidated, the car rental agency in the hotel are thieves, the food barely acceptable .... not worth a single Euro to be spent there.

Excellent vacation!
This was our second vacation in this resort (2 adults, 2 kids 5,10) . The resort is very big and offer many possibilirs of activities.Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Location is good, 17 minutes drive from the airport. Pools are great and very attractive for the kids. Gym is very basic and can be improved. Overall- very good vacation. Looking forward to coming there again.

Book the junior suite for a great getaway
August, peak season with lots of kids but the resort handled the masses well... The private deck with own pool was the best feature. €40 transfer each way from Rodos old town. Not close to anything so this is a real escape, lovely if that's what you're after. Beware - Rodos airport is close and busy.

Paradise location
We booked this holiday fairly early on in the year when no reviews were available and must admit that reading the odd review near to our departure left us a little unsure, however ......... We arrived in the early hours of the morning and received welcome drinks and a really nice supper, unexpected and a nice touch. On waking, the view from our room was amazing, we could easily have been in the carribean, the sea and beach are both fantastic. Plenty of variation in the dining room and eating our meals overlooking the sea just could not be beaten, staff in the dining room, friendly, polite and courteous. Animation team, such energy, Benjamin leads his talented bunch so well, the aqua gym in the sea was fantastic lead by the Greek lady, again, a credit to the team. This was a totally relaxing break, we really enjoyed our family holiday with our teens.

BRILLIANT HOTEL BEST WE HAVE STAYED AT
BRILLIANT HOTEL,GREAT FOOD,GREAT BARS,GREAT BEACH. WOULD GO BACK. ITS IN THE STICKS SO WE BOOKED A HIRE CAR TO EXPLORE THE ISLAND. BUS IS OK BUT IT GETS TO PACKED TO AND FROM RHODES TOWN.

Okay for what it’s worth
This hotel IS a 5 Star hotel for the area it’s in. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it’s right on the beach. However, it’s not technically a 5 Star Hotel. Front desk was helpful. All inclusive is okay. The food gets tiring after 3 days. Do not exptfresh squeezes oj. It’s wine on tap and a few choices of soda. It’s a bit chaotic but it’s to be expected. My last day they decided to bring a treadmill but the bikes and machines and weight machines were broken. The mini private beach is nice. Just be sure to get there early to get a spot if you want sand. Of you don’t mind rocks, there’s plenty of chairs near the ladder that takes you down to the ocean with rocks. Rooms are 3 Star but you’re not really in your room. The housekeeping is EXTREMELY nice and will give you things if you need them. Didn’t checkout the pool because it was infested with kids. But it seemed nice. If you’re looking for an affordable place and you want the “all inclusive” experience, sure! But if you can splurge and try elsewhere, try elsewhere.

Very clean, very quiet resort.
A great hotel, constantly patrolled by friendly staffed to ensure everything is clean and everything works. It is a very quiet area, and there is not much to do at the hotel. Food is really lovely. And you can always find a bed around the pools or the sea.

Nice room and view (suite with private pool)
Suite with private pool lovely view. This is all i can say that is good. Food very poor. Room service arrived stone cold. No toilet paper provided for a whole day. Nothing to do at resort at all except swim and sunbath. Bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Could feel every spring in it it seemed.Were extremely bored by 2nd day and had to hire a car for the whole remainder of our holiday as there is absolutely nothing near by. All the activities and entertainment was in french and for the French. and with a very bored 15yr old son had to get out of there. If we were in a position to change to a different location and hotel we would have on th 2nd day ! Hotel staff appeared to only be interested in catering for the French customers which there is a lot of. No where near a 5star hotel or service. More like a 2. Not value for money by any means especially with all there promises on there website that are untrue. Unless you like spending a small fortune to spend your whole holiday sunbathing stay away and choose a dfferent hotel
