"1 complaint is the awful shuttle experience I had upon arrival. Was reserved on 2:30pm shuttle from SJO, but spent over 2 hrs & numerous unanswered calls to front desk, I was repeatedly told only via email the driver is "15 minutes away". This went on every 15 minutes for 2+ hrs! I didn't leave the designated pick-up area to avoid missing it the shuttle. I literally stood outside the airport (no seats for waiting), w/out a bathroom break, water, w/out applying my bug spray (very much needed...
