"Our TV was broken was never fixed and our was shower door handle came off. Cleaning staff was very loud. Front desk was friendly trying to help. They gave us a $25 voucher for food."
"Unfortunately our room (which was very nice) was next to the laundry room. At least two times around 1:00 am and 2:00 am, someone was slamming doors which woke my husband and myself up from a restful sleep. We also were hearing loud noises, and were not sure if it was the washing machine, or the elevators.
Maybe suggest a sign for the laundry room for washing times from 7 am-10 pm.
Next time we will ask not to get a room next to the laundry room and elevators."
