Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Crown Plaza Greater Noida during my trip to Noida. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a memorable experience. The accommodations at the property exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, and the amenities were thoughtfully curated to meet all my needs. A special shoutout to Dilshad and Yashodhara who made sure that exceptional service is rendered throughout. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentiveness throughout my stay, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. The concierge did a poor job with a simple request for a taxi.Thank goodness a manager stepped in to assist. I needed to exchange dollars for rupees but was told not all of the $ bills I had could be exchanged.They were only able to exchange some of them. I believe it had to due with the date of the bills. Also, the ATM machine did not work. I was travelling with a friend. The staff could not understand that we wanted to have the bar bill split as we each wanted to pay for our drinks. It took 20 minutes to accomplish this simple request. They were quite annoyed and made us feel that we were out of line to even ask.

Best service so far!! I am so impressed with the staff and their genuine eagerness to help the guests! I am super impressed with Anil (Chef) and Rajesh (from bell desk), I was running late for my meeting and Rajesh noticed me running towards the lift and learnt that I haven’t had time for my breakfast. He informed the Chef and after 10-15 mins chef came himself to deliver the entire tray of breakfast in my room. I must also mention the guest service team and the reception staff, everyone were so very helpful and genuinely courteous! This is the best guest friendly hotel I have been to in the recent past.

Hotel placed me in what looked like a handicap access room. Bathroom had an open shower with a folding chair with arm rests. This is acceptable if the floor is adequately sloped to move water towards a drain. The floor actually sloped away from the drain. After two or three minutes of my first shower, I notice the entire bathroom floor was covered in water, a significant safety issue. I spent several minutes attempting to contain the problem. I notified the staff who vowed to fix the problem. Some fix. They rolled up towels and placed them around the shower area. Once the towels were soaked, the same problem existed. I almost fell twice due to the wet floor. Probably my last stay in a Crowne Plaza.

We are a family of 4, we have two kids 10 and 13 years old. We booked two rooms . we checked as early as allowed, around 2 PM and we were notified that our rooms are in different floors!!! We requested an interconnected rooms but for our surprise none is available!!!! They gave us two opposite rooms not interconnected. The second night they offer us an interconnected rooms !!! This was very bad. I booked both rooms together, under the same name and it was clear that it for the same family.

Excellent big hotel of IHG group with all 5 star facilities. Bit far from city center of Greater Noida must have car. We are there for Greater Noida exhibition participants -around 6 kms , If you have not car than Uber / Ola available for approximate INR 250 one way with wait of 5 - 10 minutes
