"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Worst CS ever. We booked 5 rooms for 2 nights before our Cruise & 5 rooms for 1 night after our Cruise. Got checked in for the 2 nights before our Cruise & the rooms stunk, were old & dirty. Breakfast was of coffee & juice, prepackaged cereal, prepackaged stale muffins, & dry tasteless croissants. Our nephew & his girlfriend were in the room (she was showering) & 2 guys entered their room using a keycard or somehow let themselves in; they said they were from housekeeping but the room had already been made up. On the morning of our check out I went down to ask if we could move all our luggage to one room since checkout was at 11:00 & we had until 2:00 before we were leaving for the Ship. We had 5 rooms & only wanted 1 room to store all our bags & have access to the shower. Was told NO. On our return from the Ship we checked in to the hotel at 4:00 check in time & told only 3 out of the 5 rooms were ready. No handicap accessible room which had been requested for hubby’s mother & their solution was to walk to a walgreens & buy a toilet seat riser. I asked for the manager’s name & they refused to give me the name of the manager also. We told them this whole experience was unacceptable & their answer was we ‘could go find another hotel.’ The next morning after showering & walking around the room packing I went to put my socks & shoes on & my feet were black from how dirty the floor was in our room. We spent $2613 staying there & this is how they treated us."
