Excellence El Carmen - Adults Only All Inclusive

"This was the first time going to Punta Cana and staying at the Excellence El Carmen. The place was beautiful. We had the plunge pool room which was located on the rooftop above the restaurants. The resort is big, but not too big to be able to get around comfortably. They were very cautious to let people in the resort that are not staying, so you always feel safe. We ate at several of the restaurant, but not all of them due the several to pick from and all the food was delicious. Remember, you can always pick several from the appetizers and several entrées so don’t feel like you’re over ordering. The only thing that I can think of is that they need to fix or update the USB ports in the rooms ours did not work but the plugs did. Entertainment was nice, but could have been better, but that is just my opinion."

"lo tome como un family hotel 5 stars pero para mi no cumple en nada el concepto que tengo como family hotel. me cambie por eso ,era un viaje para mis hijos de 3 y cinco años para que tuvieran de todo para ellos en piscinas comidas etc. al final lo logre en otro hotel. para mi nao cumple como para un hotel family.,sigue siendo un hotel normal para cualquiera."

"Everything was great. Very family friendly with plenty of amenities. Raul at family select concierge was helpful at each and every step. He made pur daughter's birthday special by getting a cake and making dinner reservations. He was humble, polite, smiling and welcoming no matter the time of day or night. He was always reachable via WhatsApp. The overall hospitality at this resort was top notch. Ty for memorable vacation!!!"

"The Hyatt Vacation club was a very enjoyable experience for our family. It had plenty of activities for our family to enjoy. The staff were all friendly, helpful and kind. I would recommend staying here, and cant wait to come back."

Condado Vanderbilt Hotel

"It's a beautiful looking location and hotel. They host events for weddings and proms and as nice as that is it does cause more foot traffic especially from people who may run through knocking on doors and such. I liked the friendly staff and for the most part they were very tentative. The daily room re stock wasn't exactly as they described and I saw some big brown secada looking bug in a bathroom but it's nature so I can't hold it against the hotel. I would recommend the hotel and the staff and I do plan to stay there again as my 1st choice hotel but I will be comparing them to a few other high end ones so stay tuned."

"The view is astounding, the resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was gorgeous with great amenities like a mini fridge, quality hair dryer and a tub! We enjoyed the room service. Most of the food was excellent. The cocktails and beer prices are a little steep. Loved the pools and the beach! Overall, a great stay."
