"The resort is beautiful, clean and the staff very accommodating. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Food options are more limited as all restaurants were not open during our stay and for dinner you needed to make reservations and they were not always available. We had a party of 6 and with food and drinks it became very expensive. Another thing to remember is that tips are included in all food and beverages purchased which was not made clear so it's easy to double tip."

"Clear instructions for booking restaurants and the times that the buffets are actually open. We received details about the restaurant times however they were incorrect. I just want. Have a menu at the door for these restaurants. Don’t make it only available in the app. Have a menu right at the door for restaurants; same for bars and the coffee shops. Make the map of the proper in the app interactive. Also, we didn’t know how to use the resort transportation, where when how we weren’t given any details when we checked in. In regards to the food somebody’s job at every buffet should be to mix all of the items after the buffet so they don’t get dried out. if you have somebody doing that today, they’re doing a poor job. You also had staff at cooking stations who are sometimes there and sometimes not there. One day at the pancake station. The lady happily just burned one pancake after the next with no care at all. You call us family however you don’t feel like family unless you can speak Spanish otherwise you get short one word answers with limited information which leaves an awful total interaction."
