"The elevator was broke - okay, things happen. After bringing our luggage up four flights of stairs, we got to our hot room. The A/C wasn’t working properly and the toilet was not flushing. We tried several times to call down, but nobody would answer the phone. After an email, they basically said tough. No discounts, no refunds, not even a sorry. We won’t be back."

"Good location to airport, had a few minor problems - the laundry station you need an app and have to load 10$ even if you only Need one load. The key card fob on door happened To run out of batteries so had to wait for maintenance to fix to let us in back in. the early morning shuttles were all booked before we got there so wasn’t able to use the them (uber was 30$) A few lights etc didn’t work in room. Either way it was fine for a one night stay."

"Nice Hotel, just steps from 16th Street and the Convention Center. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, housekeeping was hit and miss for us: Not sure if they were supposed to come in every day or every other day (was never informed), but when they did come in after the second night, the trash was not emptied, so it was still an issue although not a big one. Other than that, a good hotel worth staying at."
