"The room was clean and good for 2 people( one adult and one child). It is walking distance to tourist spots in downtown. The room has central air and you control the temperature. It has a Starbucks within hotel ( a nice treat)."

"Room service breakfast was 30min late, when we called to find out what’s happening with our service n their excuse was chef was busy. I ordered huevous rancheros and it consisted of 2 OE eggs, some black beans and 2 small corn tortillas. It was missing all the other ingredients. I expect good service, good food as well as good facilities- unfortunately we only got one of three. Also, was put in a single king suite instead of the two double that we cc reserved. We were told you were “over booked “. We were moved to a different room the next day. Should we come back I hope these issues are resolved "
