"This was a very nice hotel and I would stay again. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hotel itself was clean, the room was clean and beautifully made up and the memory foam bed was comfy. My only complaints are:
1) the bar was, for some reason, closed on the one night we had waited and planned to go with no prior heads up.
2) children screaming (and I mean SCREAMING) in the lobby during breakfast and nobody ever asked them to stop.
3) being woken up at 8am by housekeeping banging on and opening the door while we were inside sleeping.
4) the self-serve snacks and drinks kiosk wasn't working.
Overall, our 4 night stay was very pleasant. These little issues are not that serious to us and do not deter us from vising in the future, but might give a heads up to future guests."
