"Two of our four rooms (904 and 906) were freezing, and the heat did not work. Maintenance had to bring up a heater and didn't seem surprised about the complaint. The rooms are non-smoking, but smells like smoke. Check in process was very slow. "

"From the moment I walked in 4/9 to check-out on 4/27, my stay was Impeccable! I was going through a Life Crisis and Susan at the Front Desk made my stay like a Home. Very caring, and goes Above and Beyond her job description! On check- in I was a disaster and she assisted me with my luggage from my car in the check in bay to my room. She addressed me by my name at all times which made me feel "Seen". Renee also goes Above and Beyond to assist you with the personal touches! Definitely recommend Sonesta Silicon Valley!"

"My family and I were looking for a place to stay for the night so we didn't have to drive home far because we had an event to go to the next day. We found the convenience of the extended stay helpful because we have a 3 month old. Bottle cleaning station is necessary! This hotel was not ideal for an infant. We walked in and the room was up to 1990's/2000's standard. The hotel and room definitely need major renovations. First, the elevator was rickety. We were only on the second floor, but still quite dangerous. The microwave was melted. The bathroom cabinets were scruffed. There was dirt and unknown substances on the walls. The worst part was the bed! We found dried blood on the sheets and bugs on the bed. There was no way I was staying there with my child. Overall experience was horrible. Would not suggest this place to anyone. "

"Great towels but maybe put a few more in the room. Great shower and soap dispensers instead of teenie tiny packets. Huge room. Nice bed. Nice location. Only issue: They seemed sparse with the amount of food available for breakfast. "

"The room is very clean. The staffs are courteous. The wifi is very good. Please do give clear instruction at check on a separate instruction slip on how to and which WIFI to use. The breakfast is just right, and a balance of items. However the coffee maker machine has a long line due to the making per cup of coffee make time. Please consider adding an additional coffee maker machne."
