"Loved the staff, check in was a breeze, room was spotless. We had hoped for the falls view, but wasn’t available, HOWEVER, we enjoyed a spectacular sunset on the city view side, as well as the most beautiful full moon in front of a black sky. It snowed a bit, it was so pretty! I think not having the Fallsview side turned out to be better! We did go to the observation floor to see the falls, so beautiful with everything covered in ice.
There was not a single place in the entire hotel (including stairwells) that weren’t SPOTLESS. We will definitely stay again. "
