"Stayed in this hotel for a short trip to Chicago to go to the theater. This hotel was beautiful and within walking distance of most of the amenities in Chicago. The Riverwalk was right across the street and there were several wonderful restaurants, including the one in the hotel. The staff was kind and professional and the room was lovely. We plan stay in this hotel next time we visit Chicago."

"Good location but terrible experience. There was one staff member who was kind and helpful when we checked out but the other two I encountered were really unpleasant. I usually don’t have a car in cities but I needed one this trip due to my work conference being outside the city with no easy transportation to and from. The valet situation was a nightmare! One of the morning I called for my car and no one answered. I walked down to the front desk and the gentleman actually rolled his eyes and...
