"Quarto bom, limpo e aconchegante. Sentimos falda de um frigobar, apesar do bebedor no corredor, o que é excelente. É um hotel antigo mas bem cuidado. A localização do hotel é bem boa, restaurantes próximo como o Giordano’s Pizzaria, também fica próximo à Willis Tower e ao Millennium Park. Estacionamento fica a mais ou menos uma quadra de distância e tem um valor diferenciado para hóspedes. O serviço de arrumação e limpeza do quarto deve ser solicitado. Ficamos três noites e gostamos bastante. "

"My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and absolutely loved our stay here from the moment we arrived. Juliana checked us in and she was so welcoming and delightful. We were surprised and happy to hear that our room was upgraded to a suite with a city view. Upon entering our room we were greeted with candlelight and rose petals on our bed, a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. Everything was perfect including the location where we were within walking distance excellent...
