"The staff were very helpful, the spa was lovely! The hotel and grounds are very nice, albeit looking a bit tired. Breakfast could be better as it felt slightly chaotic as alot of the items kept finishing and people had to ask for it to be replenished. I had an amazing time though and will probably go again ."

"The hotel itself was fine.. clean but no bathroom door lock. Went to order room service but the room's QR code was missing.. anyway I'm so glad we ended up eating downstairs. The staff in that area were lovely, so attentive and helpful. The portions were generous even for the kids free meals and when they saw it was my son's birthday they sang to him and brought extra dessert. It absolutely made his day!"
